Thanks for the tutorial. That is very helpful. But I was wondering how can I access the Solar Arc plugin at 9:30? Because I do not have access to it as I am new to Grasshopper. Thanks.
Thanks for your comment 🙂 and I think solar name just type solar in grasshopper plugins hub it will appear but it's the simple choice if you need more prossising and more values you have to try ladybug 🐞
Amazing tutorial! Do you know if there would be a way to apply these to a morphed / parametric canopy surface? I'm new to Rhino and wasn't sure if this could be done.
Very useful thank you very much. Question how would I increase the number of points or portion of the facade which is affected by the movement of the sun in other words the point attractor.
Thanks so much for your comment and good question >> to do that just add a new MD sliders and connect its with Evaluate surface all together 😉 I hope i understand well >>>
This component has point3d function to create it onto surface and easy to change coordinates manually and with surface needs UV I think it’s easy to use

Hi! I have a facade with Octagonal polarized glass panels, can i use the same code to adjust the transparency? And if yes what i must change? Thank you very much
