Thank you Governor Hochul for ending congestion pricing! Maybe the NYC liberals will elect a DA that will actually prosecute these fare evaders for theft of services if they wanna fund the system.
Recouping fare evasion loss would be a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of the funds raised by congestion pricing. Not to mention missing out on the opportunity for cleaner air, safer streets, and faster busses which we would get from day 1 of congestion pricing if Hochul would simply do her job and stick to the plan
