That front strap was my gripe when I put it in my hand yesterday. Depending on how it shoots, I might end up going with the VP9. Thanks for making such a good video, especially for newbies like me
@@BraxChat I felt the vp 9 has a lot more muzzle rise but that could be me. The front strap is easy to fix but I don’t know why sig doesn’t just have a clasp or something to eliminate the wobble. Or better yet just make serrations and continue the metal all around so insert at all.
Interesting I have to find out. If you have a way to eliminate the wobble, can you share with me this? And the video you mentioned epoxy but I’m not sure what that means on putting it on a Firearm
@@thewheeler231 I love the comp slide on the metal competitor frame. But I’ve shot the competitor for about a year. It fits my hands really well. Plus the sliver competitor frame with the black looks awesome (look good shoot good? Lol) I’d say go try to shoot them before you buy if you range rents anything
thanks for taking the time to make this vid. Does the ports work well on the new carry comp? Saw a guy say he couldn't tell the difference between the regular m and p and the carry comp.
@@michaelrichey9156 definitely a difference they have a regular polymer M&P at my range and I can tell you the carry comp is way flatter. People will tell you all sorts of things but shooting them right next to one another you’ll prefer the port.
Thats a dope swap on those frames!!! Both guns actually look better now!! Lol Any plans on an Apex Trigger job? Also who did your ports on the Competitor?
@@revvaddictz thank you! no plans as of yet for a better trigger I think they are amazing out of box. Floyd’s custom did port job. You just sent them the barrel and they cut and recoat.
I wanna get one of the new comp uppers for my competitor since I already spent so much on it, would be nice to get a complete slide for 5 or 600. Pretty please S&W?! lol
@@marcustaylor3375 no they do not. You have the buy competitor mags for them to work with the magwell. I just really dislike the grip tool M&P come with so I get the magwell to erase that issue for me.
Both look good but I prefer the murdered out looks wise. Also, Floyds custom was the first with the top port and he would also relocate your front sight not Monsoon.

where did you get the extra Magwell ive been looking for it

Trigger is hideous
How so, trigger is solid, in terms of stock triggers
Maybe on the 1.0 guns. The trigger on the 2.0 and especially the metal guns is better than Glock, Sig.
