When something comes out of the dryer wrinkled, throw it back in the dryer with a few ice cubes and dry it again. The cubes turn to steam and get rid of most of the wrinkles. That works for me on land with traditional dryers. It should work on the combo washer/dryer you use.
Dry the pillowcases separately so there's room for them to tumble, and wrinkles can't re-form. We had a smaller stacking Asko washer and dryer, and that was the only way it worked properly with full loads like sheets or bath towels. Overloading them doesn't leave any gaps for things to flop around freely. As for folding fitted sheets, just throw them out and buy new ones if you want to keep your sanity. :)
Shawn turns and walks away in disappointment. You are trolling Shawn and us. Keep up the good work. Lol. Take the sheets off, wash them, put them back on. Repeat until they wear out.
My husband I are buoyed right now in Sucia Island. Thanks to one of your videos. We absolutely love it here. Thanks for all your amazing content. Your videos are super helpful for us first time boaters. Heading to Roche Harbor later this afternoon.
Nice place to get things done and also time for you both to explore. The weather is holding and sunny great days for hiking. thnak you for sharing and enjoy.
I have changed to 303 touchless Sealant Spray 24oz for exterior window and hull wax. So far it’s holding up well and is beyond easy to use once the boat and windows are clean. I apply it monthly after a good wash.
Love your channel. When the laundry is about 3/4 dry, put a damp/wet washcloth into the dryer. This usually takes out wrinkles. My mother did it all the time.
@ 6:23..... REDonkuless...... Priceless!! So Suan... 🙄... Really? Engineers to it better ironed? GREAT VID you’s guys! Flor-ida... and the Crib.... bit of a wind from Nov-March... then lots of Sunrises and Sets.... Hope to see you all here one day!
Too fold a fitted sheet, place your left hand into one corner of one pocket, then using your right hand place the next corner pocket top of the first and then repeat until you have all four corners. And then you should have the sheet nicely quartered and can fold the remaining like a normal sheet. As a tip you should try bamboo sheets they are incredibly cool and soft.
Fitted sheet folding requires the punch method. Punch your fist in a corner and the punch the opposing corner into that corner. Do this until all four corners are punch into one. Square things up and fold.
Just want to say I have watched many of your videos and enjoy them. They are interesting and very well done. The drone footage is a great plus. The staging is invisible and seamless. Freedom is a pleasure to watch so clearly well maintained with its graceful, steady lines and pleasing wake. A+ : - )
You guys need an anchor buddy for your dingy! Allows you to almost forget about the tides and is MUCH better for the dinghy’s hull as it never touched the rocky beach except when loading and unloading

Laundry - Do the wash with a lower spin-speed for duvet covers and fitted sheets - you will be able to iron easier, out the dryer. Don't iron on a table - get some sort of vapour/heat-proof cover for those expensive tables. Storing fitted sheets? After roughly ironing it - Hang up to get rid of moisture from ironing for a couple of hours - Bundle it up loosely, and stow in a drawer like that - loose. BEST TIP EVER? Make Shawn do it!
Best tip ever: Don't waste time ironing sheets - period. They're hidden by the duvet and mostly used at night when it's dark and are never seen. Who cares if they're a bit wrinkled, or a lot wrinkled.
I believe you were looking for "What's a pirate's favorite letter"? Then people say "RRRRRR". The punch line: "...you'd think that but it be the C". (with your best pirate voice). My grandkids love those horrible jokes.

Elizabeth, to answer your question on how to fold a fitted sheet: 1) you must first find your stitched corner (4 points of your bed) 2) place 2 of the stitched (folded half length ways) together 3) flip the one side over(so that you create an envelope corner, one corner inside the other) 4) Now using the stitched corner as your end point, Fold in line with that point your sheet a few inches in from the edge of your sheet(opposite side of your sheet to the stitched corner) 5) Now that you have created a rectangle, using the stitch corner and folded sheet, close the two sides together by placing both stitched corners together and your folded corners together 6) Keeping the ends tightly together, keep folding... 7) This process is how we teach our hotel Chamber Maids to fold fitted sheets in the Laundry department... PS: works best as a two person operation due to keeping the sheet as taught as possible to prevent wrinkles... Hope you understand our instruction

Obviously we don’t run it while we’re sleeping. I’m not on Instagram or FB so I still hope this question can be discussed ☺️

You are bang on the money with vac-sealing all meats, fish etc. Have you looked into a stage further - Sous Vide cooking? Not a lot of power required, but it works fantastically for all meats and fish (and veg). As always - love the vids,
