I love the sunroom! You should get a little bistro set for in there so you can sit and have your morning coffee/tea and really enjoy your space. Plus you'll have a little table in there for repotting too.

I think your plants are going to thrive in that room together Becca , making their own little sunroom micro climate. It really looks lovely, something about the combination of white walls with plants and terracotta . The rocking chair and jute rug finishes it all off perfectly!

Wow Becca, with all of the crazy going on in the world now I haven't been on TH-cam as much so I totally missed seeing your new house from the very beginning. You actually went from a smaller space to a pretty good sized space and I really love it. I love the sunroom and got some inspiration for when I build mine this next year, I was just thinking of having a wood floor that I painted with a design, now maybe I might tile the area, and my sunroom will have giant windows and the ceiling will not be that tall which is just fine, my sunroom will be wired into the rest of the house so it will have heat for the winter and a fan for the summer. I am looking forward to watching all of your other videos to try and catch up. I still live in 800 square feet and adding a sunroom and a greenhouse next year will be perfect for me. I love those hooks. I have them all around my back yard on the fence. They are fantastic! Only one miss hap and it was my fault for not making sure it was secure. Sunroom looks great!!! Love watching Leo in his back yard. I bet he loves it!

Oooh! A bench that doubles as storage to store extra pots and potting soil mixtures.. then stash a table behind that?
I use my 18 month old sons toy story foldable table for my plant needs😂😂 in an 7x8ft room that keeps all 50 of my plants, a deep freezer and it doubles as my office- where I make my plant hangers and do computer work. It gets cramped in there. Dreaming of a bigger home ♡

So happy for you that you have a sunroom now! I am in love with mine and have made it a prerequisite for moving that I need another one in our future home haha. Ours is also not heated and as you we get cold so I mainly keep my cacti and succulents in there since they can handle pretty cold weather. I’ve also started moving more tropicals out there and they’ve been doing good so far 🤞 Also, definitely put a potting table in there! I use one of those thick white plastic ones in our sunroom that also folds down but has become a permanent feature. Can’t wait to talk cold weather gardening with you this spring! 💚

Since you're new to a place with real winter, you guys should look into the possibility of interior storm window inserts! If it's gonna be awhile before you can afford to replace the windows, storms can help by adding an extra layer of air insulation & sealing gaps, and are much less expensive to start. May be worth looking into depending on your budget and timeline :)
Also, three-season rooms often aren't insulated in the walls either (hard to tell from a video obviously lol), so be careful with any of the plants super close to the exterior walls once the hard freeze hits.
