We had that happen a lot at a place in Arizona. There was a spot on the property that was between the house and the barn where you could here people talking, not loud enough to understand but definite conversations. No one else around, not the tv or radio and always in that one spot.

We had incidents like this in Harbour Main around the 1910’s however it was a mini-sub powered by Japanese soldiers who ran out of previsions. A Doctor on board mended a sick girl in community in exchange for food.
