I love compact machines and lathes are one of my favorites.😍 This lathe looks perfect my Friend and Thank you for showing us.🙏🍀🍀🍀 As I understood, can be make a thread from 0.5 to 3 mm?
A whole new technique in appraising a tool and good to see a deaf, mute person giving it a go. In his silent world and totally wrapped up with protective garments to protect his skin from the modern world, I'm sure he is very happy in his achievement with this video.
If you still didnt got one. I got one last week. And it is very well build compared to what i know abot this model from russian and german forums. I will add electronic lead screw to this definitly.
Cool video I'm just wondering you said it has a 38mm spindle bore, does that diameter continue through the machine to the hole at the back for long items?
Probably a good idea to completely remove the chuck jaws, clean them, and lubricate the scroll and the bottoms of the jaws, that engage with the scroll.
Hello - Nice video.... but why do you have to put something under the cutting tool...? Shoulden't the center line and the cutting tool be adjustede from the factory?
unfortunately there is no way to reverse auto feed unless you reverse motor direction , but in this case you can't cut ! Spindle and lead screw are directly connected.. You can get what you need by adding a reverse gearing mechanism or an Electric lead screw...😅
Hey sir! I like your wm210v . I just got mine last week. It’s working great, only a few threads options did not work for me. Can you do me a favor? I have a bit of problems on thread pitch of 1.25mm . When I was change the gear according to diagram on the has shown us. I have tried exactly as it’s said, but it’s came out the first ran of 1.25mm tested was right pitch, and then I added the depths cuts it cut defer off cut ! I don’t know why? If you know what was or you got some clues please help me out sir! Thank you so much. God bless you!
Ive had one for a year, every where you look there is problems . Vibrations over 600rpm, tailstock does not match center height of the spindle, mods needed. 3 jaw chuck will not spin true. Speed control knob may keep spindle spinning even when turned to zero. Cross slide is unstable, compound slide travel 23.mm. Compound slide gib adustments not consistant. Way too much play in the feed screw 1/2 turn before movement. Cross feed the same. Cross feed slide gib adjustment not consistant i.e. adjust at one end will be tight or loose at the other end. Carriage not aligned to feed screw so when you engage the feed screw it binds and lift the when tightened. There is so much more but I'm tired of writing. Really you need another lathe and a Mill to fix it all.. With all of these problems I'm glad I bought it. It functions just well enough to get small jobs done. Also If you want to be able to do anything slightly complex you will need to spend much more than the cost of the lathe on accessories & additional tools. A fun and expensive hobby . Cheers!
Hi friend, thanks for your comment. Yes it really is! I made a lot of improvements and adjustments to everything. Now there is no vibration and it works normally, but you really have to take the time to adjust it.
Nice lathe and NOT made in China, but Bulgaria. Awesome.
Law #1 loose the long sleeves.

I just saw this mini lathe on Amazon and thought it was an interesting option. How has it turned out for you after a year since this video?

Thanks for the info.
From what I saw in this unboxing and first chips, it seems like a decent machine.
The Warcos from Warrington machine tools are the best.
Seems like it's made it's Bulgaria. It's printed on the crate. Should be good. Not Chinese crap.
I see you just got this lathe, i think this is the one i want to get, how do you like it so far? Thanks for showing the test cut.

It's not the lathe I'm worried about, it's the table 😁👍👍
I like the large bore for a small machine. 5 morse taper
Nice and welcome to your workshop 👍

Hello my friend. How can I get such a lathe and how much does it cost? Best regards
basically the same model as a Vevor mx-210V. Just go onto their website.
Probably a good idea to completely remove the chuck jaws, clean them, and lubricate the scroll and the bottoms of the jaws, that engage with the scroll.
You’re quite strong to move the 80kg lathe alone effortlessly
O que achou do torno.Pequeno demais ou no tamanho certo

Where did you purchase this lathe?
hello I would like to buy this tour. but I have a question please:
the auto feed screw can it move in both directions of rotation? thank you
unfortunately there is no way to reverse auto feed unless you reverse motor direction , but in this case you can't cut !
Spindle and lead screw are directly connected..
You can get what you need by adding a reverse gearing mechanism or an Electric lead screw...😅
Пожелавам ти да те слуша и радва машинката и много успешни бъдещи проекти.

I need your suggestion.... I'm confused between this machine to buy or used emco what do you suggest
I find myself wondering whether I need a lathe now. Thanks for nothing. 🤣
The one I “bought “ has many “Chinese ,quality problems” ie. sintered gears that devolved , rapidly. Hopefully you have more luck.
I agree with you, but everything is flattering are normal with small improvements. Parts in my region have, and are pretty cheap.

Mesin impian dan masih belum terbeli karena faktor ekonomiku rendah.
I can’t believe you have not built a proper stand for your lathe, expect problems.
