आज मसाला किचन में बन रही है चॉकलेट आइसक्रीम रेसिपी। स्वादिष्ट आइसक्रीम बनाइए चोको चिप्स और ओरियो बिस्किट के साथ, ठेले वाली आइसक्रीम, कस्टर्ड आइसक्रीम, वनीला आइसक्रीम, चॉकलेट बार, मटका आइसक्रीम, बच्चों की फेवरेट चोकोबार आइसक्रीम, क्रीमी चॉकलेट आइसक्रीम, आम की कुल्फी, मैंगो आइसक्रीम, मार्केट जैसी आइसक्रीम, मावा कुल्फी, मलाईदार कुल्फी, ठेले वाली कुल्फी, मटका कुल्फी 1 बार बना ली तो बार-बार बनाएंगे | गर्मियों में घर पर बाजार जैसी आम की आइसक्रीम का आनंद ले घर बैठे। कुल्फी रेसिपी, आइसक्रीम रेसिपी, फ्रूट आइसक्रीम, तवे पर आइसक्रीम, इंस्टेंट समर रेसिपी जरूर बनाये | मसाला किचन की चॉकलेट आइसक्रीम जरूर बनायें और शेयर करना न भूलें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Milk(दूध) - 2 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Oreo Biscuit(ओरियो बिस्किट) - 2 Packets
* Cocoa Powder(कोको पाउडर) - 1-1.5 Tbsp
* Whipped Cream(व्हीप्ड क्रीम) - 1/2 Cup
* Choco Chips(चोको चिप्स) - Some
RECIPE:
Keep the pan on the flame & put some Milk & Suger & boil it. Take some Oreo Biscuits & grind them in the mixer jar. Then take some Milk in a glass, put ground Oreo Biscuit Powder, some Cocoa Powder & mix it well by the whisker & make it lumps free. When the Milk starts boiling then put Biscuit Milk in it By filtering it. Stir it continuously & make it thick, then turn off the flame. Keep it for cooling down at room temperature. Then keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. After then take a mixer jar & put Whipped Cream in it & grind it once. Then put chilled Chocolate Mixture in it & grind well. Transfer the Icecream Mixture into the ice cream dish or mold & sprinkle some Choco Chips on it. Cover it with a silver foil & freeze it for a half set. Finally, take out the Icecream from the freezer & decorate with a half-cut Oreo Biscuit. Cover it & let it be set in the freeze overnight. At Last, serve the Tasty Ice Cream & garnish with some Choco Chips, Chocolate Syrup & Oreo Biscuit & enjoy the Creamy & Tasty Chocolate Ice Cream.
