I went up to Belfast to see coulthard in a Red Bull a few years back. It was sodden so he couldn't put the power down, but even still in third or fourth gear the noise was unreal. The ground was throbbing as he passed. I can't imagine what the V10 was like.
What a joke they couldn't of got Damon Hill (who had a house in Dublin at the time) or HHF to knock it around the track. David Kennedy absolutely crawling around.
David was taking it handy, quite an expensive car and very very difficult to drive. I thought he done a good job yes Damon Hill would have been better but still not going to risk crashing an expensive vehicle.. Tommy Byrne ex racing driver would have been good.. 👌

such a confined circuit - it reminds me of how Nelson Piquet once described racing around Monaco as "like riding a bicycle around your living room" !

These days F1-cars are just getting more and more awfull looking.
