Birla has been appointing professional MDs since over 50 years. And BTW, research in America shows that family run business do a few percent points better than others. Owners make longer term decisions and care more about their companies than professionals.

I am a part of the IT industry and I have personally faced many issues in companies. Employees are not treated well and talent is not given recognition. People are considered like slaves and there is no freedom to express and work in the way we wish without mangers and higher positions interfering. And i believe there is nothing wrong with leaving the country if you get better opportunities where companies truly respect and appreciate your work

They treat you like slaves bcoz they think you are worthless. Just have to change it.
      और रही बात विदेश या देश मे रहने की, तो waise भी आज की new generation ज्यादातर घर के अंदर ही mobile पे ही लगे रहते हैं, weekend आया तो mall, weekends pe binge watching, movies, नशा, ज्यादा से ज्यादा हुआ तो sex, 5 दिन ऐसा काम करके जिसमें मन नहीं है, 2 दिन मज़े करने से, फिर Monday से वही करने से जीवन में कुछ change aayega kya, उस time ये नहीं सोचेंगे की 2 दिन worthless गए, but ये सोचेंगे की जो किया वो कम किया अगली बार ज्यादा करेंगें, consumption से ही satisfaction मिल जाता तो यहां पे crib nhi करना पड़ता, जब दिशा ही सही नहीं है तो दशा कहा से सही रहेगी, Newton ka 1st law भी यही है, jaisa h waisa hi rahega, until and unless force apply ना हो, human के case me force internal होना चाहिए , aas पास कौन है इन्हें पता ही नहीं,

There are no smooth system in research areas in Indian colleges. The students have to protest daily instead of study. I faced this disgusting system in reality. So I start planning to go to USA and guess what they recognise my talent and give me that respect what I wanted for a long time. Education has no importance in India, only dirty politics have, 24/7 coverage in media. Thanks Dhruv for making this video. This video need to be viral so that everyone can know about it. 🔥

Worked in the IT industry for 9 years in India. Unless you knew how to please upper management, you'd remain stuck without scope for growth or hikes in your salary. Despite it being a huge risk, I left India right before the pandemic, and am currently working at one of the best growing tech companies in the country where I feel valued, respected, positive about my future, and much more - all that with more than ten times the money. I couldn't stand the politics and the hate. I'd always be reminded that I could be replaced with a 12th grade pass out. I had to fight my peers, lose and feel anxious all the time. And here, now, I work at a place where my manager asks me to take a day or two off and says he'll take care of my work. It's an incredible feeling that once you know will never let go and turn your back on. While I understand that I am more privileged than a lot of other people in our country, I couldn't NOT say this, Dhruv brought back a lot of memories.

sunan Nasai

I was asked to write different competitive exams before getting into good University. But lately i began to feel it's just to waste my time. I just went and took admission in abroad university and surprised to see the education system there. In India we had one teacher for 60-70 students in high school and secondary school. But now I'm studying engineering and here for 12 students we have 4 mentors and one professor. I love studying here. My professors come and sit beside me and teaches me. Even they answer my calls late night. They even invite me to thier house during holidays to teach me. And here in the university we don't need any permission to go to lab as we have one structure and material for single student. During my high school 5-7 students used to use one material in lab...

    • @jamesgomango1023

The problem here is not in students. All students in India are intelligent and knowledgeable but it's the government who instead of building schools and universities prioritises temples and elections. They don't hire good teaching faculty and they even don't pay good to the best teachers.

This incident personally happened with me, also me as a full Stack Developer was paid very less like ₹45K/month. So for me affording a car or good bike and eventually living comfortably was matter of years. So I decided to move to USA, they hired me on same skills and guess what I was paid a decent amount of salary. There was a lot of Opportunities with lot of learning scope, everyone is nice and helpful and atleast equality is what I found here. They were not invited by these companies. 3) No indian has created or invented any soft ware program, web page, scientific discoveries etc. All programs and creations are done by Goras. 4) IT was given and started by the USA so they can hire cheap labor from India. 5) Indian CEO's are given preference for socio-political reasons. to show an example to those racecard players who cry racism for their own failures. Having said that, the USA needs to stop providing Visas on special work and education categories. The population explosion will go out of hands. There are almost 3 crore Indians in the USA. Over 90% are on welfare programs ( free food, free cash, free medical, free housing) , work manual jobs, and do visa, marriage and loan frauds. America doesn't need anyone. It's self sufficient. A Brilliant presentation - I left India in 2007 after working for 3 years in Government Service. I lived in Africa for 3 years, and now settled in the USA - I concur with you and here are my two cents - Brain Drain and Wealthy People migration are important topics but there are people like me who migrate for preferences to culture - the open, individualistic and relatively transparent western cultures are better fit for some personalities (like me)- compared to closed, hypothetical and collective cultures like ours!!. Western cultures are more liberating and in our cultures, we have to glorify the past and fake the ancestry to feel liberated. That is the gist of my journey. And in these days of globalization, wherever you live, still we can help our home country (there are many people like me who are teaching back home). Also, important- India is the country with the highest international remittance close to 80 to 100 billion dollars a year.

Damn man, you just said what I never dared to say in my society openly. I'm also done with random BS every single day here.

@Abin Abraham Tax for what ? For the Corruption in our country, Inflation in product and services, low quality products served with high price including with Gst tax + Unknow taxes, law in order always favour in the rich people, Always favour in the SC, ST & OBC in education and jobs, Indian Education are the outdated syallabus for almost 21 years. Hospitals can't be trusted or don't have the equipment. Security - Females can't be walk on streets on night. Why ?
Taxes will go in the pocket of higher or medium official.
