An ISP's journey with Zoho One

During the Truly Zoho event, I had the opportunity to talk with Amit Rai, Chief HR Officer of Tata Fiber. In his role, Amit oversaw the implementation of Zoho One right from the beginning. Tata Fiber had an interesting journey. Why did they choose Zoho One, which obstacles did Amit encounter on his way, where will Tata Fiber go and, most importantly, what is his one wish to Zoho?
