  • In this episode we’ll be demonstrating the four transition movement patterns in the Yang Style 24 Tai Chi Chuan form: "White Crane Spreads Wings," "Strum the Lute," "High Pat on Horse," and “Needle at Bottom of Sea.” The goal here is to keep moving throughout the form especially during the transitions. Be sure to keep the movements flowing from one into the next while avoiding slowing down, speeding up, or stopping until the form is completed. We love Dr & Mrs Hoover for their style and grace. Excellent as we are BEGINNERS. . . .but much better now after a few months of repeat sessions

Dear Dr. & Mrs. Hoover, discovered your site by chance a year ago and I have been practising daily, provided my circumstances like work, would allow and it is great. I feel much better, my sugar level has dropped consisitently and I lost weight. Some things are a bit difficult like "snake creeping through the graas"but improving. Thank you so much for your efforts and clear instructions. Yours truly, Dick Niels Huele, the Netherlands.

Great video but agree with last comment. Dialogue is drowned in places by background music. Still my favourite Tai Chi course. Thank you.
