What a great job! I've been following your work for a while and it's amazing to see what you did with the Eclipse, the Civic, the Jetta and now the Maxima... I grew up watching these cars and I love seeing these replicas now. It's amazing!
Nice!!! That maxima inspired me to buy my own back in 2001 and I have had 2 versions of that car. Slightly modifies and mostly stillen parts since I live in California. Awesome Job!!!!
Dom Dub great job on the maxima i love the maxima from the first movie and about fast and furious 9 did u watch it yet i saw it in theaters technically yesterday on june 26 and it was amazing i really liked it
C'est vraiment super ce que vous faites les gars. J'espère d'avoir la chance de vous croiser quelque par au Qc. Avez vous une planif cet été pour des events?
Lol check the video that came after... The car was unveiled to him and he said it is perfect... He helped me out building this car for the past two years.
Just an FYI for those considering a Maxima build, these parts are damn near impossible to come by since Maxima builds weren't as popular as all the other cars in the movie. There aren't a bunch of Stillen V1 supercharger setups around and there's way less Stillen 4/AP brakes. TSW Trophys weren't a strong rim and developed cracks so those also become a factor. This is a collection of parts that would be hard to gather even for a long time collector. Dom did it in 21 months and got it together, pretty damn impressive.
@@d1specdrifter but you're using all newer gen stuff not the og parts unless I'm mistaken. I mean if you have a set of Stillen 4 brakes you're not using, lets chat. And you literally got the rims from Dom, I found one other set and I made sure those were on the original. Modern wasn't creating the vinyl until Dom got them going on it, I know, I had reached out to them previously.
@@d1specdrifter I kind of believe that everything not carrying a screen used vin is just a tribute even with all the same branded parts. My point was that to find all the 2000 era parts (other than suspension) is a challenge that he accomplished, not many would be able to due to the scarcity of those parts today. Just saying, I know and appreciate the pain of the search for the era correct parts because I've searched for them.
@@d1specdrifter Again if you're saying you have an extra set of rims or Stillen 4 pots I'd love to talk, those are parts I need, I have the AP racing 4 pots from that gen but not the Stillen branded, I found a set of Trophy rims in Oklahoma but made sure Mark got those for the Screen Used, so I also need a set of rims. If you have extras of those items let me know and I'd love to discuss price. I get that you're building a next gen Maxima, just like I'd like to build an era correct Maxima with a Mevi, Quaife 5 speed and smaller pulley so we're actually making power. Neither one will be as faithful to the original as Doms. But I'd like to build mine with parts from 1999 era not 2002-beyond. My build is a labor of love and using parts I've been collecting since 2004 when I bought my first 4th gen. I appreciate that you're building an updated version, but when the movie was filmed there was no 3.5 or 6 speed, to build a period correct you would be 3.0 and 5 speed, that's my goal, to be period correct as well as tribute the car.
Hopefully he doesn’t get sued by them… there’s a guy who recreated the car off of the movie Disney’s Cars (lightning McQueen) and Disney sued the white off of him
Disney is a bit different than Universal… And since the fast and furious 1 cars belonged to real people and were only rented for filming… theres no copyright attached to the cars

Totally random but I’m assuming it’s a French-English language barrier thing but the letter J is pronounced “jay” not “gee” in English. Dope build though
Ladies and gentlemen, he did it again! Awesome build man. Looking forward to the Silvia

Great video! 👏
I really like how you mentioned Gabriel in your video!
Congrats Dom you really out did yourself with this build
just got my hands on a 1996 manual maxima & it rips
Honestly even in their stock form they are fun cars … very surprising sleepers
Love it! Can’t wait for the next build. Good job Dom
Man what an awesome build !! 👏🏻 I was hoping Matt Schulze would come see it.
Because of the borders being closed, it was impossible
That is sooo cool. Go for the next car!
Amazing build!!! Cant wait for more videos of this coming up.
This is so awesome!! Vince Maxima was always my favorite car from the OG FnF movie!!👌🏽🔥🔥🔥I’d love to own this car now and daily drive it,lol!!
Always wanted to make a quick Maxima, super cool build!
Man what an awesome build. I like the commentary, but would have liked to see more shots of the car up close while hearing you speak about it. Cheers
amazing reveal video dom!!
Great job Dom,yet another fantastic build, well done bro!!
Awesome Dom 👌🔥
Well done, keep them coming Dom
Great job! I would love to see your cars…and your BB “R” 😁. I would bring my LE “R” also 👍
you gotta do the reverse into drive burnout 🥰 super sick build

The car looks fantastic man
Just bought a 96 4 spd maxima with 100k miles. I can't wait to start modding it
Love my 97 maxima 5 speed
Well done!
Cant wait to see the s14 build. your F&F builds are top notch!
Amazing job
Congrats man. You do such an amazing job on your replicas! I hope to be able to see them in person one day.
I’m sure it’ll be possible
Sick build 💯
Can’t wait
12 hours left !
Good stuff man!
Ça serait cool que Craig la verrais en vrai, il serait surpris de la qualité du char. Vraiment belle et tres réussi!!! :)
Aussitot que les frontières ouvrent… Nous avons un video avec craig qui sera mis en ligne bientôt
I’d like that car done up in red.
Which Nissan is this and cam that at Stillen fender fit on a 2000 maxima ?
What did you use to make it RWD
Does your fuel map have a nasty hole still?
😍😍ELLE EST FIRE / ELLE EST PARFAITE😍😍
i want to see this thing cruise
wow amazing job we need the supra now :) it's the hotest car in the first movie
The supra has been made several times… i prefer to build cars that never been replicated yet
let's go j'ai hate de voir ça !! ;) - kev labbé

Probablement le JDM Fest avec la Maxima
this maxima looks like a tank with that audio system no wonder it needed a supercharger.
You need to stop in Vegas with it !!!
one of my dream cars
1999 Nissan maxima?
And where do I get the kits
Hey I have a 1995 maxima se and I'm trying make it look like that I'm wondering how much it cost U so I can do mine
This was a 45,000$ build +-
that r33 is another one of my dream cars except automatic
What about the engine sound? I bet Craig Lieberman could help get this even more accurate
Lol check the video that came after... The car was unveiled to him and he said it is perfect... He helped me out building this car for the past two years.
Supra and RX-7 next!
Such a great project! Thanks for the content keep it up! 1:04 what song?
have to have it one day except automatic
Maxima GLE was my first car still have it
This is literally my favorite one cuz I have one too but doesn’t look like this
you honestly should have a videographer and an editor that know what they're doing
To think I haven’t driven it in a year.. one owner 5speed runs fine but the suspension is getting old
Sérieux tu fais une job de malade! Hâte de la voir en vrai! C’est incroyable!
Unos BBS medianas y queda 👌

Who's watched the Fast and Furious on their Maxima dvd player? Dom has....
Hey Dom, are we there yet?
😂
I did back in 2001, had a pioneer DVD player connected to a nakamichi slide out tv deck 😁
@@Superdimensional I had a pioneer single din flip out and headrest monitors in my original build so I have as well.
somehow i fell like Craig Lieberman would tear this apart as to whats wrong with it as the maxima used was his car

@craiglieberman What do you think?
What year is the maxima
97

That’s because you haven’t seen the next video yet…. We unveiled the car to him through Facetime…
