It happen to by incident or some technical faults, it doesn't mean that company is fraudsters. You can blame the dealership from where you have bought it how can you blame the whole company😅😅
It is the moral duty of the company to properly check their bike before sending it to the dealership. Not every buyer is kind enough to do thorough PDI of the bike. They just make the payment and take the delivery. Dealership should also pay some attention to the lot they have. They know which bike is having defects. They sell these bikes first.
Seems like propogenda by other companies who can't develop such high performance bikes. KTM is an international brand having multiple world Championships and have it's own MotoGP team. They have some of the powerful superbikes like 1290 Super duke, RC8 etc...
No doubt KTM is a very good and reputed brand in other countries, but not in India. This all is happening due to Bajaj in India. Also people in India prefer quantity over quality, Companies have to do cost cutting in India to suit the requirements of Indian consumers. In a nutshell, Bajaj can improve the quality of KTM, if it wants.
Hello, I am also facing the oil leakage problem in my duke 200 from the day one, and some weird noise coming from my bike when changing gears, any solution plz!!
The oil gasket seal might have broken due to which oil is leaking. For gear noise, check the chain first, clean and lube it. If it does not work, try adjusting the clutch wire. It might solve the problem.

Ap ek baar service center ho aao. Fuel injection wale vehicles to ek self mei start ho jate h. Agar nhi ho rhe h to ya to self mei koi dikkat hogi, ya battery mei, ya phir throttle body mei dust aa gai hogi, tabhi start nhi ho rhi hogi.

PDI, generally not chargeable because it is a mandatory work which is to be done before delivery of any vehicle. But some dealers charge it as a hidden cost to their consumers. You can definitely bargain with PDI charge with your dealer at the time of purchase of your vehicle. Remember this is your right and you should definitely exercise it.
Don't blame Bajaj, Read owner manual carefully then correct your self, You talking non sense, Do you know ktm is international brand, And it has best service in our country, with very reliable spares parts and affordable mantience, And best selling price in it's respective segment.
KTM is having good service and cheap spares outside India. But in India it is totally opposite. Service quality is pathetic, spares are not cheap at all, technicians are not fully trained to understand your problems and your bike, no premium customer feel, selling price is good in the segment, but after sales is very bad in India.
