It is absolutely absurd that the jury is not allowed to hear that Colin Griffith killed his father. It lends to the mindset in this case. They could say he wasn’t convicted, but it is important for them to know that this occurred.

The grandfather's direct examination put the defense in deep trouble. The defense attorney got too personal during the cross examination, making the grandfather overly emotional and stressed.
Collin was both a psychopath and troubled teen. He had mental issues that required him to be separated and distanced from family. Catherine was a mother who wanted to be able to have her son live with her, even though there were serious issues, causing Collin to be troubled. The mother's bad decisions and the mental health system, to go with the psychopath Collin already was, let the family down.

I'm sorry, where did it come across that he has a temper? He's been extremely restrained, especially given some of the rude things the defense council was asking.
The questioning of his memory was extremely rude, given his age.

Damn, this judge. I mean I get the rules, but he - as most judges - talks to that man who lost his daughter murdered by his grandson with zero compassion.
Also, his repsonses to every single objection of the defense were way too strict. He sustained basically the pettiest objections.
Damn, I wish all trials were judged by Hon.John Hyland of Dane Co. WI ❤ (Chandler Halderson's trial.) Judge Hyland is the most conpassionate, eloquent and intelligent one in his field.

Prayers for this grandfather/dad you can tell he loves his daughter and he wants to tell the jury so badly about the dad. He probably loves his grandson but I doubt he will ever want to be around him again and rightfully so, I believe the teen did say he wanted to do that to his mom and he DID. This jury failed. Sounds a bit like "family" courts and possibly parental alienation molded this child to be very angry at both parents. Was he charged in dad's case or just believed and allowed to go live with mom? If not Oklahoma should charge him 💯 or this will not be his last "unaliving" I pray girls and women in his life know about his past and stay clear of him, I can't imagine what he'd do to a wife and kids of his own. He's a psychopath and getting away with it over and over, next time the state should be on trial.
