I have a friend that had no epidural and barely had. Pain. Idk how that can be 😂 it does happen for some. I had 5 with and without and I prefer a little. epidural.
@@Mrs.Highland Exactly. So saying she laboured 'easily' is meaningless. If you can't feel it, of course it's going to be 'easy'. And FTR, epidurals add risk, so being judgemental (which is I'm sure what you're thinking) is not out of line at all. Why add risk to your unborn child, just to be comfortable for a few hours?

My oldest was a c section because of the epidural they put me on. That's why I have chosen a natural birth ever since, and homebirth for most of mine. I learned a lot through that but I'll never forget that fear, just so defeated and scared, when they said I'd have to have one. I'm so glad everything turned out better for you guys. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Your baby is adorable! Praying for a quick recovery.

As a German mom I'm just amazed by the whole procedure which I've seen in other US birth vlogs as well. You get an induction and then an epidural right away and then just wait for the baby to come and push when they tell you to??
If its like that im really envious i must say. Here in Germany they only give you an epidural when you can't take it anymore, and then its awful to get it in while you're in active labour. My only epidural ended in a c-section anyway.
Another time i got induced without epidural and it was excruciating.
The next 3 were totally med free, 2 at home, but its so hard every time.
Now pregnant with #6 I wish i could opt for a birth like you seemed to have had...
Beside sparing me the pain I imagine it to be helpful and nice not to be totally done. Especially when you go home to a bunch of kids and get no real rest postpartum.
I will forever be AMAZED that we grow these tiny little humans inside our body. Life is so amazing.

Congratulations Jed and Katie! My first two children were 13 months 6 days apart so I can relate with close babies. Almost felt like twins sometimes. My heart goes out to those who choose abortion as they are missing such a sweet blessing from the Lord. May God have mercy on humanity! Love your videos, please keep posting them! Jed, you have been blessed with a beautiful wife and mother for your children! God knows your heart and has blessed your family to be a reflection of how good God is to the rest of the world.

That happens often with inductions and epidurals, unfortunately. Praise God everything ended well! She’s lovely.
