    This issue is that Chris Rock's first joke about Jada not being invited to the oscars. Was a direct response to Jada saying Chris was a slave for hosting the oscars and not boycotting them. Which Chris replied something along the lines of "Me being a black host, IS showing diversity" Chris was never bullying Jada in the media, at all. & Chris didnt even no she had alopecia

    I'm agreeing with Esso on this one, he's way more mature and thinks similar to me. What sense does it make to do what Will did...NONE, because it was EMOTIONAL and now he looks stupid. Ain't no way I'm risking my career, lifestyle, money for a moment of weakness for something as petty as that. If someone outright disrespects my "wife" and assaults her then I'll handle it, but a silly weak joke isn't warranted.
    Now yes we don't know what Will was dealing with, he probably snapped, but then again seeing him laugh first tells me something, like he was doing it for Jada. Math you tripping and that mindset will set you up for failure if you really think like that lol. Esso smart, don't sweat the small stuff and keep it moving. Honestly, people just need to keep their hands to themselves and it'd be less problems, learn to control your emotions and don't let them rule you. Also don't let a woman put you in terrible positions, men have been broken for silly situations like this, even killed which is pointless and corny to me. Why lose what you've worked so hard for over a woman if it's petty?? Not saying don't defend your woman especially if it's your wife, but if it's not physical, keep it on the same level and use your WORDS.

      If you look at Jada's head, there is a line in her scalp near the forehead where glued on hair is placed. As black women, we have to get REAL about the damage done to countless scalps due to putting other people's hair on our heads. As for the joke about G I Jane, please do not get it twisted that Will went off on Chris due to the hair thing. Will was projecting his anger at Jada emasculating him in public for her "entanglements" onto Chris. That was a bitch move on Will's part and does nothing for his career or his marriage.

Because if he did he would be going to prison and he wouldn't risk his life or career for that. Alopecia is not a terminal illness. Jada hides her condition well because she is a beautiful woman. A health condition like obesity on the otherhand gets made fun of all the time when you can SEE their condition clearly, unlike Jada's non terminal condition. Obesity can kill but people make fun of fat people all the time? The double standards are a joke. A Listers know they are going to get roasted and that "joke" was the most mild Chris Rock line I ever heard. It wasn't funny at all and Will still laughed. He lost his composure like a child & violated another black man in the 1st all black produced Oscars where he himself was being honored over a very light joke. Making excuses & giving passes for this nonsense is why our people don’t elevate. Our people are too prideful & believe we will always forgive them for anything. Reacting emotionally is always inexcusable. If you have issues as an adult, you need to go to therapy because the world doesn’t owe you understanding. Your personal problems are not the world’s issues. Will violated a black man that he has a rapport with in front of the world. That was disgraceful.

    • @Skywalker721
      @Skywalker721 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Square Peg You sound extremely immature & ridiculous. There’s no excuse for adults to behave so classless. Adults are supposed to develop self control, so they don’t allow emotions to dictate their actions like a child. They should have the self awareness to know where they’re at & exercise restraint out of respect. You would think Will would’ve respected the first black produced Oscars, the Williams family, himself, & his family’s reputation. He doesn’t deserve anything & the world doesn’t owe him anything. He’s 53 y.o. with adult children of his own. He set a terrible example of how you handle a situation you don’t like. Making lighthearted jokes about Jada as a hired comedian at an award show is not beef. He played himself & even Jada didn’t support that behavior. He selfishly ruined a night that was supposed to be about celebrating his career, black culture, & the Williams family over something petty.

    Comedians take DARKNESS & PAIN, then flip them into humorous content, it's their GIFT & JOB.

Was GI Jane feminine? Well, Jada was on Oscar night when her and her husband were poised to receive recognition for Will's big accomplishment! Maybe Chris was just jealous.
