Motorised Airfix F4F Wildcat...A great kit

Never built a Wildcat before and this kit from Airfix was a nice kit with which to build one.
It's quite an easy kit to build but watch out for the landing gear. It is a bit complicated and could be a problem for the beginner. Nice easy colour schemes and the choice to have the wings in the folded / stowed position is a nice detail.

Just being picky... You'd think a British company like Airfix would have done the 'Martlet' version first?

They do have a Martlet version as far as I'm aware
