I’m gonna suggest two apartments here,
1.extremely active sim, so like bikes, active posters stuff for snow boarding, skiing, rock climbing, biking, a real fitness freak type place.
2. Fashion designer/photographer, got like fashion sketches, mannequins, some knitting stuff, cameras, frames. Possibly a maximalist fashionista

I think it would be fun to see an apartment for a comic illustrator. I imagine their office having the sketch pad, framed comics and action figures for referencing. Maybe generally bold, fun colors and a contemporary vibe.
Love the new downstairs! I think another thing that can be added to apartment buildings is a workshop (fabricator, woodworking table), that way the property owner or tenant will be able to furnish cheaply
As a cat/plant mom, I approve this ❤ Amazing apartment! I'd also like to see an apartment for a book lover that has a dog. In my head, resident of this apartment falls in love with the resident of "my idea" apartment. Like small "enemies to lovers" story.

This is such cool build! I used to also have so much trouble getting clutter where I wanted to go, but I picked up a really awesome tip from Jessicapieyt. If you put a standing lamp in the place where you want the item to be when the surface is in the right place, then you don’t have to guess! You can also outline where the four corners of the same surface is with that trick! It’s saved me A LOT of time moving things around lol
Omg, yay I was one of the ones who said about a cat apartment! Amazing job as always. A suggestion for another apartment is a grung or punk apartment for a musician or artist.
My suggestion for one unit: an online influencer that makes and uploads videos who also happens to be a new mom to a baby

Two apartment ideas: Super Athletic sim couple, no kids. Make it more in the modern Japanese/minimalist style of SE and have tons of snowboarding related stuff.
Trendy single mom of an infant with more of the mid century modern aesthetic. She could either be a fashion designer/photographer or a musical sim, I think it would look cute to have toys cluttering up the standup piano in a otherwise perfect Pinterest looking room
As a plant/cat mom of over 30 plants and 4 cats, I’ve learned that a lot of toxic plants are not deadly to cats even if they eat them. Some plants (lillie’s, eucalyptus, rhododendrons etc.) are absolutely poisonous but most others often result only in an upset stomach. My plants that are toxic never get touched by my cats since they A) know that they’re toxic or B) have learned they’re toxic the hard way. My only plants that get eaten by my cats are my spider plants which are totally safe for them to nibble on, to the dismay of my spider plants 😅

It’d be cool to do a “city living” inspired apartment more bohemian/Indian-inspired apartment for a pair of siblings (maybe their parents are paying for them to live in the city while they get their careers going). Maybe one is in the medical field and the other software engineering/and they are into edm/electronic music and they mix beats maybe dj on the weekends.
I love having my kitty and all the plants.🐾🪴 one thing I do to keep her distracted is always having some sort of catnip or cat grass that she's allowed to go to and the other she's not or they're too inaccessible. also I keep a pinterest list handy to double check it's not fully toxic.also loved the catio idea haha🖤

I love the apartment! I do not think the basement area is realistic for common apartment buildings... but you decorated it well through.
Since you did a cat and book lover apartment why not make a dog and active sim apartment? Have the sim be like an athlete with a very active and smart dog like a boarder colie and decorate it with a lot of balls and gym stuff oh and the dog show stuff!

My cats loved monching on my mom's cactus collection and stealing broccoli hahahaha whenever they were too quiet, they were trying to sneak a few bites on a cactus or a succulent.

i was kind of disappointed to see the end of the bedroom was just a room divider and decorative plants ): it feels like a waste of space that could have been used to make a full-sized bathroom. but otherwise i really loved the mixed of styles in this one, it felt realistic and cohesive, and the color-scheme was light and refreshing! i really liked the decision to update the garage space into more community living

Can we get a gamer girl apartment? Posters, dark wallpaper and neon lights everywhere, massive game station and no dining room because we eat at the bean bag chairs while still gaming!

Can i ask smth...first of all this loojs so good...now question 1 should i get the city living since i am too broke my to buy the "for rent" and the christmas sales came so yh...sec question should I get dream home decorator...(i am kinda a new simmer like i play for abt 6-8 months...so i only got 3 packs which are the free ones that sims gave us)

It really depends on what you like to do in game. If you love to build, Dream home decorator is great and very affordable as a gamepack especially on sale. If you prefer to play in live mode, then city living adds some fun work from home careers and festivals, or Growing together (also in the sale) adds great family gameplay with infants. Both also have nice build/buy assets although I prefer the style in growing together. A lot of people have some great review videos on TH-cam of packs and also tier ranking videos where they discuss pro’s-con’s of the packs and compare them to each other.

Question for anyone with cats... how do you get them to exist along side the plants? Because in my house the cats destroy the plants🥲
I don’t know. I don’t have plants because my cat apparently loathes them and will seek and destroy. The only person I know who successfully has both cats and plants has all their plants in a small sunroom that the cats are banished from with a door and all the cat furniture in a different room in a sunny window. Her suggestion to me was to get like a sturdy wire mesh rabbit hutch or chicken coop to keep my plants in. Like a plant cage to protect them from the cat…I decided I didn’t need plants badly enough to take up a huge chunk of my small living space with a protective plant cage.
