Possible idea for Granite Falls or some other outdoorsy place (forest or desert?) -- the house or apartment of a "monster hunter" similar to how people look for bigfoot? Feels appropriately in theme for the season!
I would love to see a build for a couple that’s really into botany! Maybe one partner is really into the gardening, meanwhile the other is into making arrangements with the flowers and they sell their work at a stand or shop. I feel like I don’t see a lot of that as a career/major hobby in builds. But I’m super obsessed with your builds and nothing beats watching a speed build and having breakfast or lunch :)
Maybe controversial opinion BUT i love the orangish-colored wood 🫢 it always brings lots of warmth to builds, especially modern ones 🧡

I really like this apartment, it's so cozy 😊. As a Sims builder, I like to build houses for families, but trying to emphasize on there lifestyle.( Personal favourite, a family with a toddler that follows the Montessori lifestyle)

Maybe an apartment (or house, depending on the size and such) for a divorced couple with a child (or 2?) that have to live together because neither of them has the means to move out without leaving the kid/s but then one of them moves in a new partner (or maybe even both of them) so there's a dramatic suggestion from me.

can't decide between the art sister or the book one as my fave cuz have always wanted a tufted bed like in the modern luxe kit, but I do have a ridiculous amount of books so i think that one is my fave tbh, the whole cozy aesthetic of the apartment tho is great, love the yellow in the kitchen ^^

I know it would be a big build, but what would be cool is a big Tudor estate in windenburg. I feel like windenburg should have some type of royalty. Or maybe descendents of Princess Cordelia that live on the island.

I'm not sure if this was inspired by my comment on the community post, but it fits what I suggested! I love it 😍 The wood tones are so nice and the apartment looks so clean but still has personality from each of the three Sims that live there. I'm gonna run and download it!

i had an idea a while ago but im afraid to tackle cause i dont have eco (best trash and run down debug imo) its a house that has "burned down" and is now a teen hang out spot i would love to see your take on this

You always decorate such amazing apts. Suggestion: I have a sim who i want to move into one of the evergreen harbor apartments, he likes black and grey, and he’s a “nice guy” who actually is kind of a player… “good” trait but serial romantic aspiration. if you wanted to you could make an apt for him?🙏🏼 his name is Trace Jackson!
