Not really. They are just as strong but the manhwa just cut out alot of scenes due to the authors health issues. Follows the exact same story with alot of the extra scenes happening in the background. You just have to read the novel for the extra context but they are just as strong. For instance when jin woos dad died in the manhwa he screamed and then his mom looked out the window from their apartment and saw a storm. It's not stated why a storm showed up all of a sudden but the novel gave context to that stating that jin woos scream created a storm across the planet
I got saitama at multiversal as well, but I couldn't scale him to have inaccessible speed, only immeasurable 😮. It would be a good fight between the two, and the only way I see saitama winning is by using his potential growth.

It does not allow sun jin woo to get stronger anymore even if it did the xp curve is too high
In the fight with the system creator it was explained the system was always there, then with Ashborn he destroyed the system, but went back in time and gained it again

I am a newbie at scaling. How do you scale the durability or resistance ? Is it AP=Durability, or Hax=Durability, or how much the character has tanked? Am I having a hard time scale Manga Saitama's Durability? In my perspective, he is not AP=Durability. He doesn't have hax ( or his growth is hax). He tanked lots of hits but didn't feel or gotten a bruise. I didn't count the gag ones.
Basically, find the cosmology of the verse, like dragon ball destroying a planet would be galaxy, and with the cosmology equal the force of the hit to a variable like wall, city, planet, etc. then from how they were affected by the hit you can scale them. Like if Saitama survived a planetary level hit, whatever the planet scaled to in the verse is the durability

So it's fallacious to say he scales to the absolute one. Him and antrares been shaking the planet a lot with like just their presences, so they planetary, and antrares heat breath was stated to be a beam of light, and Jin woo dodges it, ergo he got ftl scaling, and people like to use antrares's heat breath as another scaling for uni for Jin woo, even tho the LN clearly states that the breath can burn away anything in the universe, not the universe itself. It's not a uni attack, it just means there's almost nothing that can stand upto that breath

Pretty sure sun jin woo cannot use the system after unlocking the true shadow monarch powers as far as i remember the system was a method for sun jin woo to achieve his potential as shadow monarch and was facilitated by ashbourne.

How do you scale the durability or resistance ? Is it AP=Durability, or Hax=Durability, or how much the character has tanked?

In my perspective, he is not AP=Durability. He doesn't have hax ( or his growth is hax). He tanked lots of hits but didn't feel or gotten a bruise. I didn't count the gag ones.
Basically, find the cosmology of the verse, like dragon ball destroying a planet would be galaxy, and with the cosmology equal the force of the hit to a variable like wall, city, planet, etc. then from how they were affected by the hit you can scale them. Like if Saitama survived a planetary level hit, whatever the planet scaled to in the verse is the durability

People say jinwoo is multiversal but for being multiversal you have to have a ability to destroy atleast 100 to 1000 universe but sung doesn't show any featof destroying universe or multiuniverse
For me he can be multi galaxy level to universe level
he has different feats, such as destroying multiple higher dimensions when fighting the monarchs again, for example he destroyed dimensions up to 6d
