Nice set up! I have a Trigger List which is similar to your Master To Do List.

Thank you! These lists are really what help keep the mind quiet at night, right? I try to capture all the "need to dos" to keep the chatter in my brain quiet!

I want the Norfolk too! I can’t wait to watch your unboxing. I have the Filofax classic and I don’t really like it so I am hesitant in buying another Filofax.

I love what Filofax used to be, I collect a lot of the old planners if I come across them relatively inexpensively. The newer ones in the last 6-7 years have just been a real disappointment. You just have to compare old and new versions of current planners like the Maldens or the Holburns to see the degraded quality. I'm really hopeful that the Norfolk will be a step in the right direction!

Can’t wait to see what you think of the Norfolk. I’m considering it due to the rings. In a Malden a5 now, working on transitioning from digital planning.

It should hopefully be here by Tuesday! I've been waiting since September for Filofax to finally release the line and I'm really excited to finally get my hands on it!

Hi Setphenie, do you take your planner everywhere you go?
I’m wondering how was it for you to switch from a5 to personal was weight and bulk of a5 a major factor?
Do you ever feel cramped in personal size when you want mind map/ sketch out plans or projects?
It’s portability vs page size between these two sizes.
I’m torn that’s why asking your pros and cons :)

Hi! I do take it with me when I'm out and about in a professional capacity, but I work from home and it's mostly at my desk. I use my planner to plan, but I do schedule digitally. I think it's important to differentiate between scheduling and planning. Things in my world are constantly shifting, so my Outlook calendar is where my appointments (mostly) go. My planner is my external brain and used for all the other things.
The A5 planners are too big for me to lug around. I appreciate the room they give, and the ease that you can print your own inserts. That being said, I make myself lots of those foldout papers for the personal size when I need room to write. They end up just a little bit smaller than an A4 sheet, and really, you could use A4, cut down on the short end to 171mm and just fold it one more time if you need even more room. I really do think however that your needs change from time to time. Sometimes you need lots more room, sometimes less. I think it's more important to have a system that works for you, and to use that same system across the different sizes.
I honestly understand the being torn, though! Although, I was in an A6 Mulberry for a few years (!) and that is seriously a great size. I get more torn between those 2, personal and A6. But I like a wide choice of binders and there just isn't much available in the A6 space.

Im wondering how you archive your used items? do you have a specific method to this?

Good content but the zooming in and out was a bit off-putting.
