Hi Is this apply for a kia forte ex 2014? i have a code p0445 small evap leak and I already change the gas cap error still stay and i notice fuel odor on the moto compartment
Hi there, thanks for the video. I already checked the gas cap first, cleaned everything in there, the check engine light is still on. Should I delete the code with the scanner, wait for a few days before proceeding to check the purge control valve solenoid?
I am attempting to remove purge valve due to code P0449 on my 2010 2.0L Kia Soul. The car starts fine at first but when shift to drive the vehicle stalls out. Hard restart. Has a new fuel pump installed. Other codes were P0452 P0455. Tried to go to your site but having problem making connection. Thank you for any advise.
I have a question I have a purge valve just like that that went bad on my 2012 Kia forte and I am wondering could I replace the the tubes that is on the purge valve with regular vacuum tube or do I have to use the original OEM parts on it the only reason I am asking is because my purge valve the original tubes connected to it are dry rotted from the heat and they are cracked so I'm just wondering some feedback thanks
@@ctocon it is super easy to replace it I would only recommend people to replace it with the OEM Kia on I would not buy one off of Amazon cuz I did that before and it did not work out it lasted a week and it went bad so definitely go buy an oem one or go to your local salvage yard and buy one the original OEM One that says Hyundai Kia on it and that is how you fix it and you will have a good running car I replace multiple parts on my car include my valve cover immortal sensors to make sure my car won't have any upcoming hiccups so don't be afraid to work on your own Kia forte it's absolutely fun to work on cars and you learn a lot so you don't have to waste money sending it to a mechanic where they want to charge someone two arms and a million legs to do the same job that you can do yourself within a half hour to an hour to replace this part

Kia actually moved the location of this valve on some models over to the left side of the engine near the accessory belts.
Where is it located on the 2.0 gif turbo
Where is it located on a 2007 Kia optima?
How much voltage should be on purge valve wires

Good gob
Too much pimping before getting to info. Give the pimping at the end.
