Good to see a video from you Matt. Yes, it was a long, hot, dry summer this year. The large cent and buttons were amazing! It's intriguing to think that coin was probably dropped by a soldier. I never have found a period coin at the civil war sites I have hunted over the years. That is definitely a special find. :)
@7:16 the stick pin. Doc Holliday's favorite Uncle, gave Doc a stick pin, just before boarding on a train to Dallas. It had a small diamond in it. When Doc passed away, he still had that stick pin. But the diamond was missing. Very cool find. Ordered a Garrett TA Pro. South Georgia here. Thomasville.

Very cool hunt Matt! It been a hot one out here too. I’ve stayed away from the fun area with the relics. Soil is like cement and the road kills my poor little car! I wish you continued luck with the Nox! its a good tool to have in the arsenal! You may have noticed already that the 6” still has some amazing depth for its size. That first button was killer! Take care my friend and may your next hole have some gold!
I have the Minelab Equinox 600 too, it is a great machine. I just bought the Nokta Makro Simplex and it is very well built and is an over achiever that will compete with may Equinox at a price of only $254.00 The Field mode is deeper than the the Park mode.

Wow Matt you did great with your new Nox 600. I really like my 800. After swing my Etrac this thing feels like a feather. I put carbon fiber shafts on mine to make it even lighter. I just turned 66 on Nov 7th, so us old guys need all the help we can get. The cast I is stunning.
How did we miss those buttons??? That would have been a dream come true for me. I was swinging my Equinox in that field too. With my 6 inch coil it would have been difficult to find those but you walked in the right direction and got your coil over them. Congratulations my friend. Looking ahead, I am sure we will be in Savannah next year for Thanksgiving if you would like to get together again for a hunt, I sure would. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family, especially that new granddaughter!
Awesome hunt Matt congratulations on the I buttons. The nox is a good machine but quite as good as the Deus but it loves the silver which is why I sold my ctx and kept it lol

You had an awesome hunt and those Buttons were badass. Cool find on that Large Cent as well. I kind of miss not seeing a Harmonica Reed? What's up with that? Hunt On Bro.
Great job. You will love the Nox and 6 inch coil in those real trashy spots. That’s where this machine shines for me. By the way I’m running FE1 on iron bias ever though I have the F2 update.

Also, when you hunt in a lot of iron and use that small coil, could you please show us how you set it up to hunt? The 600 is on my radar but I don’t think I can give up on my Etrac.
