Confused? Hi, My name is Becky. In 2017 I was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Ehlers Danlos syndrome. EDS affects the collagen (the glue that holds everything together in your body), so therefore, I suffer from multi-systemic problems. I am a part time wheelchair user. I hate chronic illness groups. I went to a few and man I came out so depressed. I actually find distraction and trying to get tiny bits of joy out of life is MUCH more positive for me, Displacement for me is the key. I think your coping brilliantly with your restrictions. Life can be crap but some days are better then others. Merry Christmas 🎄 xxxxx

I'm so glad you are back. I was getting worried. Don't be too scared about a tilt table test. My 22 year olddaughter with EDS managed it. CONGRATS on your driving test. I'm from the US so was startled at first to see the steering wheel on the other side. 😜

I was in a group for people with narcolepsy and had to leave for that exact reason. They were depressing, negative and so catty to one another. It was incredibly unpleasant.

I don't get why people have to be in competition with each other with chronic illness we all need to help each other with chronic illness
