Hey man! Hm, well, if you put an accent on following strings, it should be like that. And do you use a proper gauge of stings? Cause 6th string is pretty low and if it's thin then you got a trouble:)

I've got a 52 6th string, I was thinking that you were using a noise gate which I don't own, but i'll try to put more accent on the following notes as you said, I have also tried muting the 6th a bit right after I play those open notes, Thanks alot!

Been wondering how to approach this great tune myself, due to the string gauge needed and it being tuned down so low. Last time I had a go everything flapped about so much I gave up. You show it can be done, and brilliantly too. Awesome.
Adjust your truss rod and bridge. Then you will need thicker strings to compensate for the lack of tension from down tuning. I use 56,46,36,26,17,13 gauges and don't have much of an issue. And if that doesn't solve it, get a taller nut, then adjust truss rod/bridge

Hey Robar a quick question :) I am currently trying to play this song but ive got a problem and the beginning (main) riff, when i play it I let my lowest string ring while playing and when i play the following 2 notes its hard to hear them, how do I get a clean sound like u? My low string sounds like carbage when letting it ring :) Thanks a lot in advance
