nice video! few questions: what is your build for satan and mastema? also for satan, I wanted to make use of his megido ark, but it seems full support build is better? also is magic nahobino better than murakumo?
I went full drain and support for Satan, with Debilitate and Donum Magici. For Mastema, offense build with possibility of inflicting ailments with Great Lament. Megido ark does trash damage, actually.
Heavenly Ikuyumi is better than Murakumo overall, as long as the enemy doesn't Dekunda every turn.
@@kaiserkreuz2110 Yeah, I feel the same about megido ark, might change him to full support later. Also do you have any build ideas or find any use from Lucifer? I find his innate skill useless, his unique useless, his resistances is good i guess. I want to make use of him but he doesn't even have support affinity to be a support demon...
@@fontainedevelours5331 Lucifer's Unique can be good, but situational. Otherwise, he's just an offense demon that can be outclassed by other Crit-making demons.
@@kaiserkreuz2110 Yeah, kind of sucks that Lucifer is mediocre most of the time, Masakado is hands down better for aoe almighty, wished that Lucifer's and Satan's uniques were top tier but oh well :( , at least Satan has a role to be a support demon.
@@fontainedevelours5331 Satan's Unique is good if you have 999 Magic. It does enough chip damage for me to help.
A superboss...that you can poison?! I'm so used to status effects being worthless in boss fights.
To be fair, poison doesn't do anything substantial. I'm actually going for Mirage in the hopes I can evade more attacks.
@@kaiserkreuz2110 There are some demons that have passive effects that increase the effects of poison and there are also passive skills that do the same thing though I'm not sure if they stack. The meme slime from that one absence comes to mind.
@@ogre589 Well, dealing 150 HP per turn to a boss who has 100k+ HP is just a drop in the bucket. I need to do more Omagatoki experimenting.
Goddamn meanwhile I'm still grinding for regular Hard Satan. Any chance this is at all possible without Sakuya? Im pretty stubborn about not rewarding Atlus' wack day 1 dlc
Yeah I get people's stance on DLC, so I can share that sentiment.
You can use Demeter instead, she has a Mediarahan that adds 25% to your max HP.

Her ultimate attack does 4000+ damage. And Lucifer's Cocytus and Brimstone Stars do 2000+ damage each. It hurts lol.

As far as I can tell, Shield of God is almost mandatory for 999 level challenges for that reason. You simply cannot survive their superattacks and you might not/will not be able to inflict enough damage to do things like blow up Lucifer's stars. I haven't done the level cap challenge yet though so don't quote me on it.
@@Magnet977 No, you're right. Well, with Masakado I can get rid of most adds, but not the Morning Star (the one in phase 3 that does Almighty damage to everyone) but Shield of God is really a lifesaver in some cases.

To unlock this specific boss rush, you need to unlock the Chaos ending in the Canon of Creation. Each ending has its own boss rush, which is why if you want the platinum, you need to do all six endings in the same file, so you can play all 18 boss rushes and complete them.

How do you get a 5th press turn icon?
There are several ways: Mastema's Innate Skill allows as many extra press turns as he gets hit with Fire or Critical hits. I also have a move called Intercalation on the Nahobino that gives an extra turn everytime he evades an attack.
There also are more Innate Skills that allow more Press Turns to be added, but they're a bit too contextual for my taste (Mastema's already is, but it has no upper limit, so...)
@@kaiserkreuz2110I personally have been loving Baal. It was really easy to make him reflect multiple elements with no weaknesses and he gets free turns from being debuffed, it's at most 1 but I find it happens a lot
@@ghoulishgoober3122 Baal is good, yeah, but I don't get debuffed that often. I should consider it though, because Tyrants are generally good. I also need more damage dealers for the True Lucifer fight.
