Very good Interview. You asked good interview questions. The ALP method that you developed is fantastic and the key. The "Betancourt Beast", you had a fantastic increase. I want to hear future good news from your sales!

Two great guys making it happen! I love the passion & integrity that both of you bring to the table. Mr. B. Deserves all of his success. His humility & hard work, along with his willingness to learn after so many years, is a fine example in living as well as business. Go ALP!

you refer to the importance of getting in the field a lot in your videos as a hungry 20 year old who loves construction and wants to one day be in your guys position one day where would you recommend me to start when it comes to someone in my position. Would it be the schooling route as in a project management degree or straight into working as a labourer to learn that in field experience. Love your vids by the way :)

My recommendation would be to go to school not for Project Management but for Engineering. Then intern with a Contractor while in school and when you get out of school you will likely have a great chance at being an Assistant Project Manager and that will get you in the field, in the trailer, on-site but from a quasi management perspective. Do that for a few years with full commitment and you'll be on your way. Happy for you, the business needs you.
