How bad was the vibration was it on the floor did you feel it in the gas pedal ? And did you think it was other parts bro I’m only asking cause I think this is my problem. I got new tires alignment balance shocks good axle . So just want to know bro thanks
I felt it through the seat and it's only during the first second or so from acceleration and you really have to be looking for it. I'm pretty sure it's the angle between the two piece driveshaft. Solutions are to get angled spacers under the leaf springs and/or a carrier bearing spacer. The all out expensive solution is to get an aftermarket single piece driveshaft.
Ugg, feel your pain, bought a new driveshaft for my Audi in 2018 the center support bearing is shot already only 25K miles on the support, the rubber has lost it's memory, which allows the shaft to stay centered on acceleration, Sometime drive shafts still need to be checked after repair by a good drive shaft shop to verify the drive shaft is not bent, or made or balanced incorrectly, that appears to be a warranty, Toyota will likely replace the entire drive shaft, drive it like that long enough it will do more damage to the drive train also.....
Does it need any play at all ?? Mine has ~1/2 inch play.

My bearing blew out of it, so my whole driveshaft was just bouncing around in the mount lol
Damn, tacoma? How many miles and how much lift? I still feel a shudder after going from level 3 to level 2 on the icons.
