Thanks to you A21 series, I quickly gave up playing A21 and went back to playing Undead Legacy. Subquake has mentioned he is working on updating the mod to A21, hopefully a working version will be playable in September.
If 7dtd is doing as the title suggests, you should outfit your horde base with a bunch of those speakers so there's constant overlapping sirens in the background. That should help.
I did notice early on in A21 that drones were very glitchy. but I think they worked on it some. they seem to stick near you more often now and not getting stuck on the other side of a poi when you need it most. I have no longer seen the glitching like what I saw when your drone killed you. but I do understand hesitating to use them again.
So I think one of the numerous issues of 10 years of Alpha, is that there is so little progressible content. Because TFP is always waiting for "Gold" or whatever and keeps changing the base manics instead of moving onto Beta and balancing and creating content for the Mid and Late game.
I Love Using the exploding crossbow bolts, which do no block damage, for horde night, makes it easy to repair the construction ladders, while the next group is on the way.
you should try some challenges like horde every night, maxed out, and mod types like the robots and darkness falls. your a champ at vanilla but there are still ways to spice it up. play maxed out xp to ramp things up faster than your used too. you might even find yourself with new settings that give you a challenge you weren't expecting.
You make such high quality content, expected to see much more subscribers. Not thinking you're in need of the praise, but you're doing a damn good job man. You show that you care about this stuff, and I'm all for it!
It would seem like you start to get bored of 7dtd, but I'm not completely sure. Anyway, you should definitely put another 10000 hours into the game because you probably haven't seen all the content the game has to offer. I mean did you know you can power attack with right mouse button? Or that you can use different shapes of building blocks! All those details will make you see the game from a different perspective!
Oh so that's why you weren't bringing the drone, I got a different issue, usually the drone clone itself full with a fixed amount of item it has stored at some point, and then I get 2 active drones following me, cant really complain since if the drone manages to clone itself when its already full with storage mods the sheer amount of space is really helpful
AskPrebuilt: What are your thoughts on a traderless run. I feel that traders currently kind of warp the entire game around them but at the same time it helps prevent crafting specialization from becoming a genuine issue (ie: being unable to get tools because you're not in strength or being unable to play whatsoever when you're not in intellect). It feels alright in a multiplayer playthrough but I'm not sure about singleplayer.
II just started a game with the smallest random gen map 2k x 2k. It has no trader and very limited POI. Took me 2 days just to find a pot, and for the 1st time I actually had a tactical use for goldenrod tea, because There are no water filters, and no idea if i will find the helmet mod in the few POIs, every bottle of drinking water I have to keep to use to make goldenrod tea so I can drink dirty water... it is very challenging, changes the approach to the game completely... no more levelling quick, no more buying whatever you need
I just cleared the entire. Higashi pharmaceuticals tier 6 Infestation. And because a cop blew up outside the loot room. Which destroyed a button on the wall. I can no longer finish the POI. So the fun pimps wasted my time. Now I know what you're saying.

AskPrebuilt: Out of two the most powerful (and boring) ways to gain XP which is faster: mining or upgrading from cobblestone to cement? I never tried creative so I can't really test that but I would love to see that test. Is there faster way to make XP? I can only think of max-level horde nights with a very good gun and AP ammo, but I'm not sure it's faster anyway.
could you show all your weapon and stuff and all the mods you using? also my pickaxe is very slow an use lots of stamina .. how do i max it so it oneshots normal stone wall
23:21 This Spot Got bugged for me on my playthrough doing this as an tier 6 infestation... because that button on the left of the door was gone, with the two blocks behind that button.. and because the button was gone, the zombies in that room didn't spawn cause its an stupid trigger zone.. Devs... if you going to have trigger zones like that one.. don't have the item that trigger the zombies to spawn be able to get destroyed.. that is just stupid and idiotic.. or have the zombie standing behind the door already so you still can clear the area.. Sometimes I wonder if the devs even test things in this game before they release it to the public.
You know the sad thing is. The Shamway factory was my first tier 5 I ever did. Some how managed to survivor only because of some loot I wanted to get so in the shear panic I had when everything let if red made be jump off to the side to safety. I think I ended up doing most of the POI backwards fighting off the horde
When I get to end game I start to think "How do I beat this game and leave it?" Like reach a set goal and use a helicopter to go home and/or next area.
Just a random question in some of your vids i really dont see you ads and just hipfire. iIs there a reason why you do that vs just ads'ing for the headshot multiplier? is it just the mobility vs the zombie speeds on insane?
ADSing uses stamina and slows you down. Also there are a lot more ways to improve hipfire accuracy compared to aiming accuracy. (Mods, perks, skill books) so on a lot of weapons it's straight up much better to use hipfire and aim for the head. I'm aiming centermass with the M60 because it has so much recoil.

I have a similar crafting base design to yours just way less compact and i kept trying to go up the ladder on the wrong side of the central support pillar, so i painted the side that the ladder is on red so even my dumb arse would be able to find the ladder. Thanks for the video and showing just how pointless tier 5/6 POI's are in A21 even more so that A20. In A20 at least the shotgun factory was worth dipping into for the cement and snagging the end loot, now all the tier 5 POI's are rather useless with them being nerfed into being totally pointless. All the F*^%it up pimps do now imho is f&%* things up and nerf shit to "improve" the game play, thank god the community produces "mods" to fix the worst of the dumb shit in vanilla, but is the overhaul mods that make 7DTD. Then again the FP's have a habit of picking modders mods to add to the vanilla game, that they are to lazy or stupid to have made on there own, at least they give "credit" to the modders i believe . Why can't you finish the POI? You should just be able to dig through the wall and continue on with it, but maybe I'm just missing something
