Depending on your age, younger kids can start off with size 3, but if you are comfortable with size 3 you can use that also, the small ball might be harder to control, therefore might actually be a good way to improve your skills.
I recommend you use football boots because it provides you with more grip and stability. But you can use your trainers/sneakers if you are doing it in concrete or a court, but grass I recommend boots.
I give a pdf with the drills, but to learn the drill, first watch the videos at home, learn the different moves and see how it relates to the pdf and after learning the drills, you can print the pdf and take it to training.
