The blue line gang has actively participated in the clear divide between them and the people for behaviors like this. For thinking they can do whatever they want, when they should be held to a higher standard and made examples of. Unfortunately, average people fear them for obvious reasons and that power they have is frequently abused.
@@sassafrasandthorwanchese1630 idk what community you live in but we are gun heavy here, and my son knows kajukenbo and how to handle his Gerber short blade knife

😂😂😂
This cop looks to be hiding something in the car
That's because he is...and everyone knows it... They see this behavior from the public all the time...and the irony is he doesn't see his behavior.
They found the Cocaine under his seat that’s why he was fired
I've worked in jobs where drug testing was mandated and I can tell you he would have stood a better chance of keeping his job by complying and failing, than refusing.
That’s very true, i failed one yrs ago for marijuana n they only suspended me until my next test. But had i refused I would have been fired!
@@terryzarlingo6837 Law enforcement is a completely different scenario.
He's a cop. He's 90% certain to keep his job regardless
Law enforcement is different. If he dropped dirty they it would be termination and on his record and he wouldn't be able to apply at other departments. Since he didn't go they can teenage him still but only under suspicion so there's no proof and he can apply at other departments and still be a officer.
kids this is how so called priviledged people act

"I can't do it" means I can't pass the drug test at this time.
He's lying. He's high
LOLOLOLOL
@emmy lite He was required to do it right then, so not doing it then was a refusal.
@emmy lite If he had nothing to hide and wanted to keep his job, he would have done it, putting his principle aside. He spent way more time debating than he would have if he had taken the bleeping test. Have a nice day emmy.
Cuff him, stuff him, and book him! Damn Junky
😂😂😂😂
He's indirectly arguing "I'm an officer, you are officers, please don't test me"
This dude actually thinks he’s going to talk his way out of the test
White privilege
To think all he had to do was drive his dads truck or his own. Cause we all know he don’t want that ride home from them because they gonna see his truck in his driveway and not the shop. This cops a straight buster!!
That was my thought if his in shop, and dad can't move why not use his truck
So someone leaked this to the News
He don't like the treatment but yet he does it to people every day. Lmao

He did not have to go inside the pharmacy to get sh&t, they should've made him take off his sunglasses then that would've told them everything they needed to know. Body language already told on him. These are veteran cops and you mean to tell me that they couldn't arrest him under the suspicion of a dwi like they would have with a normal citizen? He was trying to get in that cruiser bad because he wanted to make sure he didn't drop any unprescribed pills or dope somewhere. All that time he wasted, he wasn't worried about his damn dad. If I was innocent and I knew I had 3 children, a father and 9,000 bills to take care of, I would have FLEW to take that test in a heartbeat to prove my innocence and to save my damn job to keep income coming in. I need an update on this. Please someone tell me if there is one.
Make it real simple. Avoid his BS and arrest him.
When a cop, has to listen to “copsplaining” for a change. I love it to death. 😂😂😂

He got drugs in his system that's why he don't want to go down
He's hiding something
They should've used their night stick! He got dope in that cruiser.
I promise you that's what I think too. It's definitely something in that vehicle he has hidden and knowing he's in a police vehicle it wouldn't raise suspicion to other officers when he was driving. I'd like to see what they found in it at the end.. sho nuff
Standing and taking time. If he was doing no wrong and in such a hurry, he would have took the test quickly and rolled out.
I live in shreveport, used to live in bossier. I commend the supervisors. But just driving a city vehicle around on your off day isn't cool. We pay taxes for these vehicles so they can be used to protect us. Not used to just go on a joy ride
He didn’t have his fire arm ...policy say you should be able to respond right away to a active situation.....dude was hooked on prescription pills.
He's a lose cannon, drawing too much heat. They want him gone.
Otherwise, the brass would be covering for him.
I wouldn’t be listening to that. He would be taking the drug test or fired period.
I agree with you. I was thinking that too while watching the video. This is just a small piece of the video. It's a very long video of this and it starts to get ugly. He was clearly high on what I believe to be pills.
Put him in the car! This is some bullshit, all the cops will be held accountable!
He eventually got fired. I wish they would of arrested him for leaving the scene of the him damaging personal property with a city vehicle. Can you imagine him on duty pulling people over ? They need to go thru all of his arrests to see if he violated their rights.
Call in the drug dog.🐕
Wow when the table are turn . Now he understands how citizens feel . He appeared to be dirty .

Taking Adderall is no different than Methamphetamine
There are differences.
Yeah,
Adderall has one more ingredient
Methamphetamine has more methyl. Which they say allows the chemical to get to your brain more quickly, resulting in a much more intense high. You will also find many toxic chemicals in meth, varying depending on who makes it.
The adderall is not the issue. It's the Ativan that screws you up and causes drowsiness.
As a recovered addict myself. This is EXACTLY the way we act when we get put on spot about our using. Over the top defensiveness is like clockwork.

Everyone.
EXACTLY... He has something stashed in that vehicle and he wanted to get it out of that vehicle before it left. Also he said he hadn't slept in two days and had been on duty working for the citizens of Louisiana. His azz is GUILTY of being on drugs, selling drugs or something. He may have been under surveillance about this whole situation and they wanted to get him out and about in the city vehicle doing personal business with city owned vehicle.

Funny how cops feel so violated when they r treated a little like a civilian and he (they) get in their feelings when they do this for a living. He would of been put a civilian in cuffs. They really feel they r above the law.
Sad thing is if this was any is person this conversation wouldn't be happening. Cuffs and charges would be handed down in a blink. Check out the internal affairs report, termination letter and the reasons for his termination on scribd (not a typo)...

When a cop refuses to take an order from a captain it tells me all I need to know about the type of cop he is when dealing with the public. I get the sense that he could be a tyrant, the worst kind of cop.
Say that to the holocaust victims. The Nazi’s were just following their captain’s orders. Tyrants abandon their moral duties to follow their captain’s orders. It’s obvious where you stand.
This is a man with sole custody trying to raise 2 children, he’s working the night shift, & caring for his recently widowed father recovering from heart surgery. He sounds more like a loving father & son. Family comes 1st. If you can’t see that, you’re the tyrant.
