Do a mix of onion,carrots,n celery,with some sautéed green bell peppers to your ( water), n then use that mix with your wine..gives an excellent flavor!! Jus sayin 🤷🤌!!!! 👍🐺🧙♂️🦊👍
Lidia. Can you use a hand held blender and puree the veggies to a smooth past-like texture and add it back into the sauce to thicken? The veg are so full of fibre and good nutritional stuff, seems a shame to discard them.
