Hello! I'm actually in Sweden, not Quebec. But your reactions are always so nice and wholesome to watch because you really immerse yourself with the music. And yes, the concert was really awesome, it's so hard to describe the tension that GY!BE can create in studio too but especially live.
I so wanted to go to the Stockholm show, but missed out due to bad timing. Still beating myself up about it - the T-shirt would've been perfect too since the Stockholm show was circled in the design.
Hey Dean. What an amazingly dark, yet beautiful and haunting piece of music. Unusual start and the rest is just amazing. Great choice from your Patreon person. All the best. Dave✅✅
This band was a VERY nice surprise when I discovered them in the early 2000's. I quickly ordered all of the albums that I could, and they are still in regular rotation in my music library. It's definitely worth checking out more of their catalogue. Might I recommend their song "Motherf***er=Redeemer"
Their label, Constellation, is full of great post rock bands besides GYBE (Do Make Say Think, Fly Pan Am, Silver Mt. Zion, Set Fire To Flames, etc.) and you’ll find that their CDs and records are always available and affordable through their website
One of my favorite songs of all time
I got to see GYBE play in an actual cave last year.. it was otherworldly 😵
The echoes must have been interesting
Where at?
@@joshuapocalypse The Caverns in Pelham, TN
Moya
Check out Job’s Lament - it’s off their newest album. Saw these guys live in Worcester, MA last month. Phenomenal show. Thank you for listening

Hey Johan. What an amazing choice of song. Well done my friend!!

@@timlarsson That's interesting with a circle formation. I was actually in the Gothenburg show though 😄

I like how Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra & Tra-la-la Band also has Efrim Menuck in it
You should check out Leave a Clean Camp and a Dead Fire by Juno. My mother had a CD of theirs that never left the truck. Very powerful stuff.
