- Queen Elizabeth has died, she was 96. Hours before her death, the royal family traveled to Scotland to be by her side. Before announcing the queen’s death, Buckingham Palace released a statement, saying, 'Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.' Prince Harry, Harry's older brother, Prince William, and their father, Prince Charles, all rushed to Scotland’s Balmoral Castle to be with the queen in her final hours. Kate Middleton stayed home to be with her and William's three children, who started school again this week.

I saw the articles earlier today regarding her health. However, it seemed impossible that she could actually die. What a shock to open YT and immediately see that she had died. I grew up singing "God save the Queen" and seeing her photo everywhere since I grew up in Canada and was in the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets. Canada has a long, long history with England and is part of the Commonwealth. Queen Elizabeth II up until today was our Head of State and Queen of Canada. Rip! But this is life! She had a good, rich sheltered and very long life and also died well cared for, as it would be important for every human being! I still cry for all our grandparents who have died imprisoned and separated from their families for the past two years! Sick and dying alone in rest home and hospitals. We should really mourn them! A detailed obituary would be in order. They should never be forgotten...

I lost my mom at a very tender age that I had to care for my baby brother who was still breastfeeding at the time but trust me, it always hurts, weather they died very old, losing a mom is hard... I know if my mom was here, she would have been my biggest subscriber on this TH-cam journey of mine.
