I just finished my second build yesterday! It's a GMMK Pro with Alpaca V2's Lubed with Krytox and Filmed with Deskey Switch Films. I have a question, how do you Holee mod without bandaids and how can I get rid of stabilizer rattle. Loved the Video the Keyboard looks AMAZING 🤩
medical tape, it might be messy if you are using the stock stabs and it might be hard to clean them. at which point it might be easier to buy new stabs like durock v2s
highly recommend a good stabs like tx, c3, owlstabs etc. i don't really wanna recommend durock v2s because in my experience they're just so bad without heavily modded. and don't do holee mod or any similar mod to your stabs. holee mod will eventually ruin your stabs. lube and wire balance are enough.
Yo gk61 is hot swap able it depends on what pbc u ordered for it. Is it a mechanical pbc or optical and it doesn’t matter if the switches are linear or tactile just make sure that if it is a mechanical pbc make sure the switch has pins if it is a optical keyboard then make sure the switch doesn’t have any pins so it should have a thing blocking the laser in a optical pbc :)

you could try to switch the stabs lube with XHT-BDZ, I think it's more consistent and I barely got any stabs rattle since using that lube

Hi i have a question. I am going to mod a GK-61, I just wanted to know if the GK-61 Is hot swappable with linear switches
Yo gk61 is hot swap able it depends on what pbc u ordered for it.
