    Thanks for filming and posting this. Wish more yt vids were this precise! No frills, informative, easy to understand, and clear camera work. I didn't have to skip thru anything because it was all relevant. Again, thank you. Very helpful!

    Dude! Thanks for this vid. I had a misfire on my MDX and that simple trick you showed of unplugging each coil pack was simple yet brilliant. I actually felt stupid after seeing that and had a "DUH" moment. Went outside and found it right off. Coil pack was it. Thanks again man!

    Thanks for the in depth what coulda beens and solutions 👍🏻👍🏻 hope the race went well. I just bought a 02 RL N DROVE 50miles n it started to mis. First came up as a ox sensor. Ran codes again and 1399 came up. So idk. Hope I find it

      Thanks for the feed back. I did not cover that your catalytic converter could be clogged causing this issue to and it could very well be check the pressure of the exhaust coming out when someone is holding the gas down. if it is real hot and burns your hand cat is bad or if pressure is low its clogged. Thanks for watching. Please like ans subscribe thanks.

    I have a Daihatsu mira with the same code. It says the same about cylinder misfire, I’ve visited a couple of places and nobody finds it

    Next time exchange one of the coils from another cylinder. If the cylinder that you move it to misfires, you'll know it was that coil. Then you will also know if its a different problem like maybe the egr valve. At least you'll know its not a fuel injector.

    I did the spark plug test and found a bad coil. My 2003 Odyssey is back in service. Still keeping a bike in the back...

    I have 2002 honda accord with the same code you think is the same problems ?

    • @streetstancecivicgarage
      @streetstancecivicgarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Is it throwing any other codes with it

    • @streetstancecivicgarage
      @streetstancecivicgarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If it throwing a p0301 or 302 303 304 the 301 2 3 4 are telling you what cylinder it is if it is just telling you p1399 that it is recording a miss fire you will have to check all cylinders if it has plug on coils check them the same way I've had cars throw all those codes and it ended up being a fuel pump with low pressure

      @@streetstancecivicgarage wow thats definitely thrown for a loop. I've let to dig into mine but it sounds like there are alote of things can contribute to miss fire here

      @@richardlittlepage9069 yes there is alot that can cause it. But acura and honda are pretty easy to fix.
