I have never been on any of the Oasis and larger ships but I remember Oasis of the Seas docked in the Bahamas in 2009 when I was on a cruise there--probably on some smaller Royal Carib. ship if I recall correctly. Oasis seemed huge compared with my ship.
Only a matter of time before something bigger will come a long.

I'll never be able to afford to go on a cruise, but credit where it's due - that ship is a bloody amazing creation.
You might check the prices. Trips on some of the new mega ships are amazingly cheap if you just get the regular cabins. Much cheaper than Disney. Though I prefer to avoid the crowds so we haven't cruised in a good while. Ships have gotten too big and too many people.
You can't afford $500? Like 500 USD for 7 nights on some of the smaller ships..
$300 for 4 night cruises or 5 contact Lux Quest Luxury Travel
