THROUGHLY ENJOYED watching you watch the final installment of the Rambo franchise. Blood and guts in all it's glory!! Love the high fives everytime someone is taken out in an extremely brutal fashion!!👏👏👏 LMMFAO
The "extended" cut opens with Rambo helping out the sheriffs and rangers in a flash-flood rescue situation. One guy in distress wants to go back and find his wife. Rambo tells the guy (truthfully) that she's already dead. But he doesn't listen, goes back, and he drowns too. That's an opening bookend, to which Gabrielle not listening is the mirror. So we see that Rambo actually cares about saving people, and laments that he can't save everyone. Plus, he's popping prescription PTSD pills. That shows him as more complex than the cold opening in this short version does.
@@garyclarke9685 The "extended" cut (101 minutes versus 89 minutes), the version that opens with the flood rescue, was the theatrical version... everywhere in the world except the U.S., U.K. and Canada.
@@garyclarke9685 It was a very last-minute decision. Not sure who by, or why. There's different theories. Aside from the opening sequence, the short version abbreviates the initial interactions between Rambo, Gabriella and her grandma, and cuts out the scene of the BIg Boss of the brothel (the guy whom the two brothers report to).
@@DrunkDadsWatch I hear ya. It's just that the action movie addresses a real world problem that people want to think is fantasy. Just like the previous one did. I love your channel.
I dont think this is anyone's favorite Rambo movie but in my opinion it's a damn good movie and deserves to be part of the series. That said, I really hope they don't make another one because Stallone is just young enough in this one to suspend disbelief and it was a good ending. Also there's no way he could survive taking two 5.56 rounds and then just chilling on a rocking chair without calling for paramedics... especially at his age. I like to think the shot of him on the horse at the end was Rambo riding off to heaven. Great reaction guys. 👍

Those magnesium bullets are called Dragon's Breath.
And the blades that hit the guys face were from scythe's.
Oh ok cool thanks
Best one since the original. That scene where rambo talks with the girl as she was dying made the movie as good as it was
Totally agree that scene was somehow more moving then i expected in Rambo Last Blood

@@DougRayPhillips wonder why that was. That was such a great start & should have been shown in every country. I'm in Australia

RANK ALL 5 RAMBO MOVIES DOWN BELOW!
About the knife marks on the face, it was Stallone's idea. On TH-cam there are behind-the-scenes videos of the film.
Cheers
There are two versions friends, you saw the theatrical version, look for the original extended version
You say they saw the theatrical version but that is the version where Rambo saves the woman from the flood
@@garyclarke9685 Then they cut it to the scene, because it was not seen

It's hated because, for some reason, people don't want to deal the reality of sex trafficking.
I don’t get it, its a solid action movie with heart -Rick
