Brooke you are such an amazing mom with the cutest kids on the Internet, a sweet and caring husband and an adorable dog I admire you and your family so much! Hugs from Canada❤️
you should definitely try peanut butter playdough! all you need is powdered sugar, peanut butter, and marsh mellows! heat the marsh mellows in the microwave until they are like marsh mellow creme, then add a 1 to 1 ratio of peanut butter and finally, add the powdered sugar so its not as sticky!! this seriously works and really does taste delicious!!!!
the last part with Calvin though .Brooke is like "How's my cooking?" and Calvin's like😛 and Brooke is like "Yep that's the reaction I usually get" that's so hilarious
Thank you!! Just made this for my play-doh eating son!😂 this recipe is awesome! Used water instead of the applesauce. I used avocado oil but I think next time I’ll use coconut oil to give it a good smell! Thanks again for this recipe!
I have mixed feelings about edible playdough! I work with infants at a daycare and I want to teach them that the playdough isn't food. What happens as they grow and their next classroom doesn't use edible playdough? I think they should be taught just not to eat it. HOWEVER. I love the idea of edible playdough at home, since you often can't have your eyes on your kids the whole time they're playing with it.
Hey WhatsUpMoms! I am not a mom myself, but this is a very tasty recipe! I also love your hacks and funny ads! I should look back at your channel and this video when im a mom myself!
YES!!!! I just looked at the Silly Putty recipe you posted with Borax, and I'M SOOOO excited you shared this safe recipe for babies!!!!!! EEK! Thanks for sharing!
I made this and instead of food coloring I added one kool aid package, which is the best recipe ever now because it smells yummy and taste just like kool aid. :)
Studies suggest you shouldn't give your children edible play dough because they'll think ALL play dough is edible. Most play doughs are non-toxic anyway.
Another really fun thing to play with is a substance called Obluic. It's total Editable and Brook as made it. Go to her science episode for the recipe.
this is great! thank you! I'm wondering if you had any diy ideas for gifts for mums? two of my close friends are about to have their third babies and totally struggling to think what to give them as they have most baby things alresdy- ideally something for them?
another edible play dough is melting peeps or marshmallows until its melted and then once its cooled add around 8 tablespoons of powdered mixture or until a play dough consistency. this one is VERY edible and probably more of a play and eat type thing rather then a play dough that's safe from toddlers.
I’m sure this recipe is great but I found that the easiest is 2 cups of flour and then adding in little bits of water at a time until you get your preferred consistency... you can also add salt if you want it to keep for longer...
Brooke you are an amazing person and mother and someday I hope I grow up to be just like you because of your beauty and your way of expressing yourself is amazing, I love your family your kids and your sweet and amazing husband
I loved that you were actually honest when you said it didn’t taste good, other TH-camrs would have said it was amazing ❤️❤️❤️
Yes
Yeah

How long does it last? Do you have to keep it in the fridge? Thanks for sharing!
our lasted about a week and we kept it in the fridge! if you use water instead of applesauce it lasts a little longer :) xx B
+WhatsUpMoms this is bad because what if kids mistake the real one for the fake💀
+jc awesomeness I think it would be ok if you didn't want to buy regular play doh. Or you should keep them separately
+Joycelynn McCoy I'm👍
Hi
I have a yummy and edible play dough recipie
Peanut butter
Powdered sugar

How much peanut butter and powdered sugar?

Angela Eastwood or just take sugar paste and mix colouring edible play doh ready lolll
That sounds good!
That sounds good except for the peanut butter
Brooke: what do you think calvin of mommy's cooking?
Calvin: SCARED FACE
Brooke: Uh yeah that's usually the reaction I get.

Do not eat corn starch
+jackie Kuhns of course you can eat corn starch what the heck, it's literally ground corn pressed into a powder, it's used it bread like products
+Everyday as Uma I have been told different
the last part with Calvin though .Brooke is like "How's my cooking?" and Calvin's like😛 and Brooke is like "Yep that's the reaction I usually get" that's so hilarious
If u want a more natural alternative to food colouring u can also use beet powder for pink and carrot powder for orange :)

Eden- Chan Ikr!
Another edible play dough recipe:
Buy whole milk cheese sticks and knead it with ur hands.
That's it!
The heck 😬
Luna Moon
it works too, I used to do that when my parents weren’t watching as a kid!
The last play-doh you made was technically edible
Too much salt for an infant consumption
For an adult it’s fine but not good probly for a baby
Thank you!! Just made this for my play-doh eating son!😂 this recipe is awesome! Used water instead of the applesauce. I used avocado oil but I think next time I’ll use coconut oil to give it a good smell! Thanks again for this recipe!
Brooke was the mom who first brought me to this amazing channel 😍
Just made this for my daughter and it turned out so well! I didn’t try to taste it though!

why do kids always put stuff in their mouth? its so weird
it's their way of experiencing the world around them :-)
its called mouthing
It's all about exploring the world through all their senses. Also, teething is one of the factors.
Most of their nerves are in the mouth, and that's how they explore the world, like Mary J said.
It's called teething
You want to know who is awesome🤔
Read the first word again for the answer❤️
I tried this with my little cousins and we added some sugar and apple blueberry sauce and it was a great flavor, so definitely give it a try

Is there anything that can replace rice cereal?
Your little dog was so adorable and I laughed when Lincoln fed him the Play Doh. LOL 💗💖💞💕
Really appreciate your honesty!
Hi, I just wanted to ask, by adding the apple puree, does it get sticky when you handle it?
the one food your aloud to play with and perfect for kids who like to explore with their mouths as well as their hands
I'm not sure if you've seen the yogurt ginger painting idea! Perfect for kids/baby's who still put things in there mouth!
Can you add sugar?
Also for older kids, add vanilla extract or cinnamon
Brooke, your DIYs are amazing. But can I substitute the rice cereal with something?
Yes you can! Just pulverize some oats in a blender until super fine!!
I officially watched all of your videos ❤️
my kids loved this☺. thanks Brooke
So it's basically fondant? I used some of these and powdered sugar and flavoring and it was like fondant. :)
I love seeing your two boys together. I'm currently pregnant and having another boy also. It's nice to see other women with two boys.
another edible play dough is melting peeps or marshmallows until its melted and then once its cooled add around 8 tablespoons of powdered mixture or until a play dough consistency. this one is VERY edible and probably more of a play and eat type thing rather then a play dough that's safe from toddlers.
as long as the ingredients sound edible I trust you 👌👌
You can also make it with icing and icing sugar and it tastes delicious
Can we use chocolate by the way love your videos:)
Looks good but food coloring is toxic. What food juice we could use instead?
Hi brook i love ur channel
I use ur ideas for my little brother
I’m sure this recipe is great but I found that the easiest is 2 cups of flour and then adding in little bits of water at a time until you get your preferred consistency... you can also add salt if you want it to keep for longer...
you can also use frosting , confectionery and food color ..
Ur prob the best mom ever!

you are the best mom in the word
Hi since there is applesauce in this won't it spoil? How long can you keep. It for?
I'm a kid but love watching your vids lol
You can use marshmallow fluff and knead it in to some powdered sugar, then add food coloring to it for a better tasting play dough.
I’m a kid but I love to watch this
Are the play dough not dirty if you eat it and play it???
how you tell it is non toxic it is made up of food color but I like very much
Have you tried peanut butter and flower that works good
Brooke, I love your digs!!!😍😍😍😘😘
U can also make it with peanut butter and powdered sugar or Nutella and powdered sugar
