INGREDIENTS & TIPS
ICING: We used the whole 2 cups per color, but you don't need to make as big of batches!
POWDERED SUGAR: It's a little over a 2 to 1 ratio, so we used 4 and 1/4 cups. (Note, you can also use flour, we tried, but it will not be quite as soft)
TOPPINGS- Beads or glitter work great!
