These are great information and so true! 3 questions for you guys. When did you/will start hiring another person to help you on your setup and packdown? How much do you charge them and do they stay the whole reception? What would you say the ideal time for setting up, 2-3hrs? Thanks!
These are great questions. We hired a setup crew in year 2 when multiple events were happening each day and we got tired. Basically our setups take 2 people right at 45-60 minutes to setup and 30 to tear down. We pay our crews as contractors at $25 per hour. Crew consists of mostly college students here that can also work our photo booths. So, it's a win win because we pay them for their time at the booth as well.
