True freedom came when I left religion and decided to stop labeling myself as a Christian. Understanding that I am a God/Diety/Creator is truly amazing and frankly the biggest secret they've kept from us. Smh. If everyone was to operate in their true divinity and power, someone would be in trouble. So throwing a mediocre explanation of who you are, keeps you in fear and obeying laws that wasn't meant for you. If you are a deity, what divine attributes do you possess? Would you be willing to prove it? If this is true, you'd be the key to proving a bunch of religions wrong, since it would contradict a lot of religious teachings. Also, disproving many of the main texts of said religions. It would be totally groundbreaking. Not trying to mock you. Just saying that it is a bold claim and would change the world if true. Such a bold assertion will attract people who will ask for some type of evidence.

I use to tell my girlfriend that no religion is clear with regards to homosexuality. Religion is designed in a way that favours man and that a woman is beneath him (not my cup of tea). My Love is not a sin. I read books with a filter, especially a hate filter.

I have read the Bible 2 times cover to cover and NEVER read any of the things they try to throw at us in this time, my Great Grandmother’s bible almost 90 years old. After finding out more, I came to the conclusion that the Bible has been adjusted over time to fit the narrative of life at the moment. So much more could be said, regarding the Bible. As a former devout Christian, I'm so glad that my eyes have been opened. I applaud u for doing the necessary research and how "that book", which was written by man, is not only a book mixed with Ancient African teachings and text that was stolen, it is also meant to entice the reader. The oppressor does not give u straight up poison, they put a little "good" and so-called "promises" into it. Trickery at its best. Unfortunately, most people cannot see that the Bible is a weapon to control, oppress and often times kill.
I'm so glad u stated a couple of times, ur not gonna debate this and that. Bravo! Slowly but surely, people (black folk in particular), will wake up from their deep sleep. Sadly, 80% of the black family, globally, worships a character named Jesus, waiting for him to "save them". Again, sad.

i’m catching up to the vids on ya channel and i must say this particular video was all the enlightenment my soul needed! i grew up in a very religious household, suppressing my true gay af self due to the stigmas the Bible has programmed my family to “believe” in. i’ve been out since my teens. recently, my mother bashed me in telling me that the Devil coerced God’s rainbow for homosexuals when, according to the Bible, it was used as a reminder after the flood in Noah’s day that God would never again destroy the earth with floods. my response: do you feel better now? been through hell (no pun intended) but well worth freeing myself from that ball and chain. i am certainly the black sheep in my family. but hey, they say the black sheep always the woke one. i’ll take it! u ladies are inspiring. #AquaGang ♒️

You hit the nail on the hear! Especially for reference of the old law! Everything I have come to know and understand in my transition from religion to spirituality, you stated almost verbatim! I had to question God about His love when I came to terms with being gay, and He began to give me understanding through various text, messages, and historical references. I also grew up in church.

I said "Honey, when that verse was written, the Bible wasn't formulated yet! And you missing 11 other books that were left out from Africa. Silence..... Just TODAY, I told a friend, this ain't literal, love. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death.. I shall fear no evil. I take as the dead situations and people without consciousness that I come across everyday that WILL NOT CHANGE my capacity to love, forgive and understand. There is so much power in "applicable knowledge" Because knowledge APPLIED is power. Man, I can go on FOREVER on these religious folks- they know to leave me be now, especially being born and shown the African way and then finding Christianity and ministry and RETURNING to my African consciousness!

Okkkkaayyy, y'all took it there and I'm BEYOND appreciative of you. I hate that people are so ignorant and hateful towards an entire group of people because of some words on a page of a book. I grew up in the church and was super religious up until 3 years ago when I left a toxic home/husband and met my best friend now beautiful partner. She has helped me to look at things in a new light and we have assisted in each others spiritual growth so much that and I have never felt more connected to God as I do now in my life. The Almighty is in me and that means that source never, ever leaves me and guides my path daily with the choices that I make. My love is not a sin, hey that's a shirt lol! I went along with what was taught until I took the time to read the old testament and realized I could go to hell for merely existing, according to Leviticus. The cherry picked scriptures lose power with knowledge and understanding
I would like to say thank you for this video. I consider myself a Christian HOWEVER I really don’t give a damn about one’s sexuality because I love you for you. I heard about what the Bible says about sexuality but I never understood it nor did I thought it mattered, so I guess you can say I was ignorant to it. 🤷🏽♀️….doesn’t matter because I just see a person, not their sexuality. Ha, I knew I had to watch this video uninterrupted!!! I say it all the time to all those “christian” folk…IF me being a lesbian is a sin what makes my sin worse than yours? Out of the churches I’ve been to in the past , the Pastor (who is married) was having an affair with a woman from the congregation. There was so much talk about it that so many of the congregation was aware of it AND I was only a “guest” in that church while visiting fam. Another church prior to that was a much smaller church. There, a “friend” kept elbowing me telling me ALL the tea about the congregation, affairs, pastor’s daughter being a lesbian, a married couple (straight) were part of the congregation and the wife stopped attending that church bc another female in the church was blatantly flirting with the husband. There was soooo much more but this comment is already too long. 🤣🤣🤣.

Tbh they have so many different versions of the Bible and that alone is questionable. To me I believe in God but I don’t live by the Bible because who needs a book to know right from wrong? I don’t need a bible to talk/connect with my God.
Also I get alot of this info from Spirit through meditation the real truths and knowledge comes from within as we are God and it speaks to us through us. I’m a Deacon of an Inclusive church called the Fellowship headed by the Great Bishop Yvette A. Flunder. Where all are included none excluded.. they teach and debunk the lies that people try to tell using the Bible. Also if anybody tries to point a finger at a person... Let’s not forget Matthew 7 1-5... “Do not judge or you will be judged.” For all those folks who like to pass judgement.🙏
That scripture them talking about young boys, don’t lay with young boy. It makes you wonder what was happening during that time. For them to write a scripture specifically saying young boys why doesn’t it say children. It’s almost like it’s a justification of child marriages or having secks with young girls. It makes you think 🤔
Are you referring to biblical times or the time after the 1940s whenever the bible was rewritten by the catholic church. In bible days, I do believe young girls were acceptable for marriage by age 12-14. That was the age for the start of reproducing.

Technically, the Bible, as we now know it, is a book that has indeed been tampered with, abridged, edited out, and so on and so on. So, in general, on most issues, it should leave any thinking person with about a million questions. With that, the questions and comments I'm about to pose to you are NOT about phobias or hate ... just seeking genuine understanding, because my basic philosophy for the 'alphabet' community is the same as it is for the heterosexual community where sexual behavior is concerned: NO children of any age... even if those children are older and claim to know their sexual identity. NO adults who can't/won't/don't consent. NO animals. I have concerns about what's going on in the world and with people, but I respect that, with the exceptions just mentioned, people have the right, as consenting ADULTS, to live as they choose and with whom they choose. Now for my comments/questions:
1. To be clear, the age we live in is literally inundated with laws and imagery designed to protect the interests of the LGBT... community. Again, no THINKING person would be able to deny that this reality is anything BUT an agenda. I can turn on a cartoon and fully expect now to see the obligatory gay person or interracial couple. Whether the agenda is perceived as 'good' or 'bad' lies largely with the respective individuals interpreting it, but make no mistake, it IS an agenda.
2. I've seen, heard, and read about MANY individuals (male and female alike) who identify as homosexual recount stories of early childhood molestation and abuse of some sort. Just thinking about some gay celebrities (or those alleged to be gay) like Rosie O'Donnell, Ellen Degeneres, Don Lemon, Queen Latifah ('rumored') and many of the gay adults who were targeted for sexual exploitation in church, educational, and social organizations as children makes me think that there is a connection between being violated early on and gravitating to this lifestyle. Do you think there is a connection? I mean you have two sisters who are masculine-identified gay...what's the probability of that??? I'm not saying you were necessarily molested---at least in your home, but in one of your earlier videos, you described growing up in an extremely religious and oppressive household...generally that means a patriarchal environment where female energy is openly disrespected----that is code word 'abuse.' It may not be physical molestation, but it is very much an attack on feminine energy.
3. If homosexuality is part of the natural plan, then why is the merger of male and female energy the only way for life to emerge on the planet??

@@TT-xz5sy I didn't say homosexuals didn't reproduce (the chick in the video has children---many homosexuals do and/or are seeking to), but they cannot reproduce without resorting to connecting male and female energy; so if you understand that, then how can homosexuality be part of the natural design plan when most life forms in nature are able to perpetuate themselves via reproduction? Nature isn't checking the population when people who identify as homosexual are still resorting to using donors and surrogates to have children.
Also, I didn't say that every person was abused...there's really no way to know each case...but the connection between abuse/molestation and homosexuality is far too extensive to dismiss. And as I stated, abuse doesn't have to be limited to physical sexual violation...it can take on any form where individuals/children are exposed to inappropriate ideas or practices regarding their respective gender and/or sexuality. I haven't even addressed the folks with repressed memories...the ones who may have forgotten or misidentified their violations. Again, just learning here.

I came out to my aunt recently as trans and she compared me being trans to her daughter being a lesbian then continue to mention the Sodom and gomorrah story and I remember reading it once and it seem off to me because of the part where the man was willing to give up his own daughter to rape to save two men he had in his home so I decided to read it again and read every other verses that mention the two falling cities and now I can't help but look at my aunt differently cause like are we even reading the same thing cause the men in those story wasn't even gay they just was rapetist now I looking at everyone funny cause everyone in the Caribbean claim they're christians
