here in Brazil there are no people who do this type of work. I have a sneaker that I like very much but it is already very old, I really wanted to restore it.

@@gu5gu5 I don’t think there’s anything that can prevent yellowing. Maybe a UV protector after the whitening. I only did it a couple times and your right , the yellowing will come back eventually. Hope you find a solution. I’m sorry I don’t have one.
I owned these shoes for many years but the soles were really soft and got damaged easily. I wish i would have gotten them resolved because they were extremely comfortable
I hope the older dad's out there with the 30yr old lawnmower sneakers never see the repair videos bc then we will never be able to get them to get rid of them lol

if you used matte white paint on the midsoles
they would look super good
i believe thats no paint sir...its rubber pigment, much like leather paint and leather dye, theres a difference

You should try salon care 40 for the soles. Works better than what your using.
do you realize that if he does that the yellowing will reappear in weeks/months? what technique do you use for preventing that?

thats cotton, maybe a ball or a chunk...and lighter fluid
