Simple and delicious! Why didn't I know this recipe before?

I found this simple and delicious recipe on the internet and I prepared it practically immediately! It combines ingredients that are available in every home and it's very quick to make! Try it!

Ingredients:
Carrots
Eggs
Ham
Bell peppers
Canned peas
Canned corn
Spring onions
For the dressing:
Mayonnaise
Yogurt or sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Peel the carrots, cut them in half, cook them until tender and let them cool.
Boil eggs for 10 minutes, drain the water and cover with cold water.
Today I have eggs from different chickens at home =)
Dice the pepper and put it in a bowl.
Dice the ham and add it to the pepper.
Drain the liquid from the can of corn and add it to the salad.
Add the peas to the salad.
Dice the carrots and add it to the salad.
Peel and dice the eggs, then add it to the salad.
Finely chop the green leek and add it to the salad.
For the dressing, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Mix the salad with the dressing.
Enjoy your meal!
