I preferred hanging out with older women than girls my age even in a era when we didn't have social media and smartphones the girls I dated at school still brough more drama than the older woman I was with. My wife is 11 years older and she's does her thing like go to work, look after the kids and she cooks for me we have lots of sex but that's her commitment to me even though I didn't ask her to do that but that's what she does to keep me happy and we have 4 kids which is quite hard since we both work different times. She's working as a management team so her job demands alot now which includes travelling overseas or out of the city and I work night shifts for 12 hours and it's hard to come home and she goes to work than watch the kids while wanting to sleep but staying awake just for them sometimes we get help from her sister or I just stay awake until my wife comes back or go to work and sleep. That's why people would say dating a older woman is great it is but it's a challenge as well because most older women are working big jobs and hardly get a chance to spend time. My wife makes way more than me and people think I'm bumming around letting her make us the money but I'm going to work and still contributing for our kids and home including shopping. I know guys who would rather relax with a older woman and baby them with money and got sex in the outcome. I respect older women even when most of the older women I was with were sexual I still didn't see them as sex objects even though they were attractive
I use to date older women because it was easy. There wasn't all that pressure to impress them with finances. They treated me better than any other women too.

Honestly, as a biological woman, I have always preferred older men. Not only do I find many older men to be consistently more mature, loving, ethical faithful, compassionate, wise, gentle, and intelligent than younger guys, but I also found them more appealing. Younger guys don’t inspire the same in me. In fact, I see them as platonic younger brothers or cousins. One may argue that age is not a number but honestly, younger guys have and always remain a huge turn off for me. Indeed, I ended up meeting and marrying my husband, who is an older man (who is four years older than I) with the values, qualities, and ethics I sought for. We get on very well and I’m glad he is nothing like my Dad. :)

One of the most revolting experiences I have had of an older man trying to date me was a married man who went on and on about his apparent wealth, his position in society and how much he thought he could do for me. I couldn't decide which was more repugnant, his vile disloyalty to his wife or his swollen, distended belly. It would take an emotionally and financially deficient 20 something year old to even countenance him. As I can afford to buy him and his wife, and my parents could buy his entire family, his inflated sense of wealth had entirely no impact on me. All I could think about was how his trousers were straining at their seams, his blotched complexion, veiny hands and total lack of self awareness.
Bullshit, they just wanna be a dominant person in the relationship. Money is the ultimate power💰

Things have indeed changed. Gone are the days where women simply went quietly into the grey traded in for a younger model by husbands chasing vicarious eternal youth through relationships with younger women. They have careers, their own money, and can do interesting things like take care of themselves, travel, date whomever they like, make new friendships; rather than simply garden until their backs give out, play bingo, occasionally be allowed to babysit grandchildren and hope to be invited for Christmas. More power to them. More power to us. Everyone should be delighted to get what they want rather than what I see in the comments, some men resenting women for joining the party late.

I read about this. Women who had close to no decent male relationships will settle for a guy they can dominate, but it usually does not last. Statistically the couples where the woman is more than 5 years older than the guy are the most likely to fall apart, meanwhile the relationship where the guy is more than 5 years older than the lady is the most likely to last. This research is old however, but if the header is statically correct, that more women date younger men, then that might just indicate that less women has had good relationships with any man growing up. I find this completely believable.

It's funny you say that. My wife is 11 years older than me and she's 45. We've been together since 2015 and we also have 4 kids during that time but I've been with a few older women before my wife and most of them were sexual relationships and I would say 4 of them were more serious and weren't afraid of commitment unlike the other women I was with they just wanted to have fun and it was most times they ended the relationship with me because having with fling with a younger guy was hard to keep behind close doors. The first older woman I was with who I lost my virginity to who was 20 years older than me she's the reason I started liking older women more than just having crushes on celebs as a teen. She made me from a shy boy to a more confident man at a young age that it's weird that I felt more confident to talk to a older woman than women my age. @@LavishPatchKid My relationship with my mother was great than mine dad who I never got along with but she and I don't speak anymore because when she found out about the older women she disowned and I was still a teen at the time. They kicked me out because of that. But I don't think it's got to do with my mother is why I'm this way. It's because I lost my virginity to a older woman who was in 20 years older than me and it was great when it happened and from there I just wanted to be with older women because she made me feel more confident but I never thought I ever marry a older woman especially when my wife was 37/38 when we got together and got married.
