I'm told the order of upgrade is Driver, Brakes, Suspension, Tires, then lastly Power. Have done the second, third and fourth, always workin on the driver. S54 would be around a 100 point increase in power. The S54 may very well be the most desireable inline six NA from Munich. The SIX! throttle body design is amazing
I'm confused as to why we can't just use everything from the E46 M3 and swap it over to whatever car we're swapping to?? Maybe there's something I just don't get other than the oil pan, sump and any change in mounts and braketry?? ❤😮🎉❤😊😊😮😮❤❤❤❤
I have never seen an S54 engine in USA for less than $4500, and that was with some mileage on it. Another question - why did you choose E36 over E46 M3?
Omg!! You inspired me to do the same swap/setup.. I love the clean bay, i have a 97 318i 4dr. Motor is done. Right now, there's no engine in it. Will i need to change my rear diff? Hey, you wanna do the work for me?? Lmfao jk 😅
