It wouldn't necessarily be impossible though. For instance, Austin Cindric, last year's Xfinity champion, is 6'4", and look at how well he's done the last two seasons.

I did meet Eric at the Auto Club Speedway for the 2020 race, he was very nice and I took a pic with him. It was pretty cool to see one of my favorite NASCAR TH-camrs ever.
Eric I am 6'7 also. I completly understand your situation. I am a lot older than you. In my 60s and I would guess I have been asked how tall I am a billion times in my life(Ok maybe a little less). When I was your age it was a little difficult but I can't tell how many fights I got out of just being our height. Stand tall and be proud. It's nice when I look back to be in the top 1% of people. Here's a crazy one. My daughter is 5'1". She loves being tiny and I love being tall. Might go to a couple of races late this year so keep an eye out for the old tall guy

I'm close to 6 and a half feet tall. I'm usually the tallest person in the room wherever I go. Whenever I see someone taller than me I'm completely shocked. So, thanks for the PSA, Eric. You may have saved me some shock if I ever see you. By the way, a lot of people make a comment about my height immediately after meeting me so I know how it feels lol. A lot of the time when I go shopping, people I don't know ask me to get things off the top shelf for them.

I watched your short film about baseball the other day, and could tell that you were TALL in those shots... It was cool to watch that.

I get the same thing when I meet people for the first time....I am 6'6"... and when I wear my military style boots, I am closer to 6'9". I was an offensive lineman in college some 40+ years ago...so I am not only tall...but just a big guy too! I do have a cousin that's a little over 6'10"... he calls me shorty!! Like you...If I am wearing cowboy boots, I am from Texas afterall, I usually had to duck not to hit my head!

I was at Disney Springs and spotted Eric out of the corner of my eye and I don’t know how I recognized him. My lord was that man a tower.

Eric, my son drove at a nascar sanctioned home track, Stockton 99 speedway Stockton, Ca. After his back surgery two years ago he now stands at 6'7" himself. People used to come by his car in the pits scratching their heads. One guy even got out his tape measure and went to up to his car started measuring his window. My son says what are you doing? The guys says i was just wondering how in the hell you got in here. True story. So his name on his helmet, J. P. "Squatch" McKinzie with the cartoon character he painted himself. And yes, I never lose him in a crowd.
