    I absolutely love Penny's strength workouts. I used to be a runner but all that cardio just ruined my body. Strength training has made me strong and healthy. Love Penny!!❤❤❤

      ​@sybillc263 I used to be a runner for many years, and it threw off parts of my body.. like my hip, lower spine, along with bilateral pfs in one knee caused by running on the road/sidewalk per my chiropractor. Now I'm focused on strength training and cycling for cardio. Ps. I still run a little but not like I used to, which was half marathon and more.

      ​@@sybillc263constant hip pain and shin splints. Plus I didn't see any changes in my body. I had nice legs but that's it. Weight training has toned me and made me strong. Definitely not saying it's all about looks but being able to carry a huge bag of garbage at work down three flights of stairs without getting out of breath is awesome

    ❤❤❤ I completed the 12 day full body lean and strong series. Loved this workout. I did it with my osteo- arthiritas riddled lower back, herniated disks, impinged nerves, the lot😂. The really is no excuse. I feel really safe and comfortable doing your workouts. I just modify the burpees. Thank you for all you do for us Penny, ❤ u to bits.
