- Hidden deep inside the Welsh countryside lies this wood full of classic and extremely rare cars... we had no idea exactly what was here, spent a good few hours here filming & getting some pics of the vehicles inc a Ford Sierra XR4x4, x2 Ford Cortinas, x2 VW Campers, Mercs BMW and many many more!... Commer vans are stunning done up if you can find one not rotted. If your a child of the 70s or older you'll remember bt using them back in the 70s and 80s

That Blue Vanden Plas Allegro at 3.39 is a rare car now and looks to be in good condition.They are said to be the best made Allegros. Definitely one to take Jonny Smith back to👍👍👍

Thank you for posting this video. Of all the explores you do, ones with cats are my favourite. Even though I can't drive, cars are my biggest passion. To see these cars going to ruin breaks my heart. Especially the Cortina and Sierra 4X4. My favourite car was the BMW 318. My uncle had one and it was surprisingly quick. It brought back some great memories

Some great cars there - from meeting them all on the road to meeting none on the road ! K11 Micras all rotted in the front crossmember - it's an MOT fail - As a car head this makes me want to cry ! You are very well up on your cars and your commentary is really spot on - Great explore - Well done !!

Incredible and sad at the same time to see all these cool and rare cars sitting in one place. Especially that 4X4 Sierra. Would love to have one of those. Its so interesting to think they were all once brand new and on the road at one point. Interesting to see most cars like this in the woods. Love the videos keep it up and stay safe.

Such a shame so many of these cars are abandoned and allowed to rot away. So many I would love to rescue and restore. I bet there would be a long queue for the XR4x4
if they hadnt have ended up here they would have been scrapped years ago
When you said there were no signs of any houses. just little huts etc, there was definitely a house poking through the trees at 10.29 when you were looking at the mercs.

Great explore. I can spend hours mucking about junk yards/ auto recycling yards looking at the old automobiles, looking for the odd models or rare ones. Had to laugh at your saying "love the smell of old cars". So true, it's a very distinctive smell; oil, stale gasoline, moldering interiors,etc. Wouldn't make for a cologne though. 👍✌️
That Fiesta 18:45 is a Fiesta Si not an RS model. The seats had quite high wings on the side. The front fog lights also fit the Focus Mk1 Collection special edition.

Those cortina struts are no surprise my brother bought one for 50 quid in the 70s and the bonnet was the only thing holding the struts he jacked it up on front jacking point and it collapsed the jack went through the wing

The rust on the OSR wing of that Merc was unbelievable. It must have been sat there for decades to reach that level of rot, and it's now unfortunately well past the point of rescue. However, because the old 200 series was so well engineered and put together, many still survive today. One thing, at least, i saw worth saving in that car though, if it is what I think, was the original Becker stereo it appeared to have.
Providing it's still restorable, and not too far gone, it would be worth renovating and updating with bluetooth. It's great to have, what looks like a perfectly normal period radio, but one that your can also run your phone through.

The blue fiesta with the missing front seats is an Si. Not recaros in the si but still wing backed

That's 2 XR4x4's I've watched you find, my mum had a late model 'J' plate in smoke stone blue with the 2.9 V6 and a personal plate!
She sold it about 12 years ago for £1500 🤬🤬😬😬 I told her I wanted it because it would rocket in value....She ignored me!
The plate alone was worth more than what she sold the car for!!

The bright blue micra 3 door has only been there 2 years ( 2018 ) so up until recently someone was still adding to this scrap yard
Both of the blue micras were still mot'ed in early 2018 so someone was still using the place up to then. Lovely place and very interesting to see cars decaying like that but I do wish folk would close the windows and doors.

Amazing video. If I’m honest I’m jealous. The fez you thought was an rs 1800 is in fact a fiesta so. They did them in 1.4 and 1.6 16v. Only the sub had the round spots in bumper.

It’s crazy to think that the majority of these cars are too far gone to repair but there will be rare parts that someone might need. If a developer were to come along they would all get scrapped but that’s life isn’t it.

Love the video 😎 but how Dow you find these Places ? I live in the uk and nether come across any thing great like this. Iv bin to some great Buildings seen som cool things. But it only by luck because of doing Building work to them. Iv never got to Explore anything like what you see.
There was a place in Cardiff years ago selling carpets. They went bust and the building got taken over, I can’t remember the exact details now, it was a fair few years ago, but, the new owner was having some building works done when they found a hidden space within the building. Upon knocking the walls out to expose the room, inside they found a Jaguar XJ220 with delivery mileage only. It was back in the day when people with money bought supercars as an investment. It had been hidden away from thieves as it was the days of the ‘twockers’ ( that is, Taking Without Owners Consent ) and probably wouldn’t have been safe in a garage at home.
Strangely the love here is for the XR4x4 which nobody liked back in the day, it was 3 door Cosworth or an XR4i or nothing.................... Awesome find guys 👍
The blue Fiesta at 18:25 was an ‘Si’ model from 94/95 era.

Some lovely rare cars again just left. Loved the xr4x4, such a shame its in such a state. The estate in blue at the side of it looked like a Chasseur model. The fiesta in green wasnt an RS or XR but a "changeover" betw the mk 3 and mk 4, an Si which I think had the suspension mods over the okish handling mk 3 to the much better but uglier mk4. Very interesting video.
